Located in Casa Mercader, in the historic Passatge Mercader, it sits in the heart of the Eixample. A residential, calm, and well-connected area, just steps from Passeig de Gràcia. Here, Barcelona feels local.
The Space:
A functional and comfortable duplex designed for extended stays. It features air conditioning in all rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living areas are spacious and open onto the private terrace, an outdoor space to eat, rest, or slow down at the end of the day.
Guest Access:
Self-check-in with personalized instructions sent before arrival. Our team is available during office hours for any needs.
The Neighborhood:
Passatge Mercader is one of the most distinctive corners of the Eixample. A quiet residential passage with a strong sense of history, where local life unfolds naturally. Neighborhood cafés, long-standing shops, and a calm atmosphere, just steps from one of the city’s most iconic avenues.
Getting Around:
Excellent public transport connections.
Passeig de Gràcia metro station, 2 minutes.
Diagonal metro station, 5 minutes.
Several nearby bus lines and taxis.
Private parking is available for Casa Mercader residents.
Other Things to Note:
• Seasonal rental for stays of 32 days or more, for tourism or leisure purposes. Located in a designated residential rental market area.
• No parties allowed.
