Additional services:

Optional parking: If you are traveling by car, there is a parking space available in the building for an additional 200€/month for long-term rentals, or 30€/day for short-term rentals.
Travel crib (upon request): Price: 20€/day.
Important information:

Payment: 30% of the total must be paid via a link provided by the property manager. The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer at least 3 days before check-in or in cash upon check-in.
Security deposit: A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in (either at the office or via payment link). The deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out.
Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Outside this time, a 50 EUR late check-in fee will be applied in cash.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax applicable in Barcelona will be charged.
House rules: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties or events are allowed. A 400 EUR fine will be imposed in case of violations.
