This 56m2 is super well located in the city centre, and fully equipped to make your stay super comfortable

This apartment in Barcelona has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is 56 m². Apartment recommended for families, not youth groups. The house is located in the city centre. It has a lift, internet access (wifi), TV. In the kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer and washing machine are provided.

Please take the following information into account before booking:

-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.
Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

1st adventure in Barcelona

Fantastic visit even with a tough travel day behind us. Was a bummer that our flight delay (2hr flight turned into 18 hr delay Vueling Airlines THE WORST!) cost us late check in fee. Host was very nice & our 4:30pm check in turned to 5am & he was so nice!!! Great walking location! Good for family of 4. A bit nosy if you have small children due to street local but overall we were all very pleased.

Great place/great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We were four adults, two sharing one room. The location was perfect. We walked or rode the metro everywhere, with the metro station being nearby.

Appartement très mignon

L’appartement est très mignon et bien placé au centre des départs à pied ou en transport en commun pour aller visiter les sites. Petit bémol sur l’insonorisation de l’appartement et surtout de deux chambres dont les fenêtres donne et directement dans la cage d’escalier. Les arrivées de nuit des autres voyageurs sont très bruyantes et nous avions l’impression d’être avec eux tellement nous les entendions. Mais l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et l’appartement et très propre

For 3 Nights it was ok

The communication with the agency and the check in was very good and easy. The flat is ok, but it's very old and had to be renovated. It's very noisy so you better not forget your ear plugs. The beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom and the kitchen are very small. There are a Metro-Station near rhe flat and a lot of small supermarkets and bakeries.

Tiny Apartment

The photos are very deceptive. Rooms are cramped and we couldn’t have managed more than 2 nights. The rug is no longer there. The toilet quit working the second night. The bathroom is uncomfortably small. The restaurant downstairs is very good, as is the Tapas place diagonally across the street. It is very noisy at night, inside the building as well as on the street.

Perfect to visit Barcelona. Bus and metro and mall nearby. A Excellent communication with agency. In a nice and old building, a bit noisy in the evening and in the morning (restaurant, street, isolation).

Great location. A little tired and needing some investment

A great location. Very clean. Some kitchen appliances didn’t work others were difficult to use. Bedrooms and bathroom quite small but I guess for the price and with the location this is to be expected. Local agent was very helpful.
