Modern, beautiful house "Ginesteres". Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Argentona, in a quiet position on a slope, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden, natural garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (12 x 4 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Oct.). Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Bus stop "Les Ginesteres" 900 m, railway station "Mataró" 8 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 34 km, Serralada del Litoral, La Roca Village 11 km, Costa Brava 46 km, Aquapark 9 km. Hiking paths: Serralada del Litoral 200 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. On the lower level of the plot there is a small apartment with private entrance and the main apartment is on an upper level of the land without a view to the house.
