Agent had lack of knowledge, room sheets were clean, however there was German roaches crawling on the wall. One roach flew on me while asleep. We checked out immediately!

After staying here multiple times, my per diem check was a little late. The morning desk clerk (who was well within her right to do so) made me pack up and wait in the lobby for 2.5 hours instead of allowing me to remain in my room. This was at 11:20 am, she was aware of the fact that I was staying for work. I did not return. Days Inn is now getting my business!
Very very low budget prostitution drug selling sex trafficking environment, roaches and bugs in Rome stay for 10 days room didn’t come with the microwave or refrigerator or coffee pot police are very racist room service still came in my room when was told multiple times no room service needed. We clean our own room and turned in our towels ourselves harassed by police for first 3 days receive tickets twice in one day about license plate not being in front of the car and out of the window windshield could never park directly in front of the room guest will be out all night. Do not recommend studio six of 146 and I 10
I booked to stay for several weeks waiting on a rent house to be available for move in. After 2 weeks they claimed someone had been in the room and it was nasty and were making me leave. No one had been in the room. I had not had a visit from house keeping in over a week I had to beg for fresh towels the day before they made me leave and I had to beg to have my linens when my youngest had a middle of the night accident taken away. They told me a spot on the other side of the building to drop my linens. The linens had sat for so long they reeked. I had already stripped the bed and cleaned the mattress for them to prevent staining it smells on their mattress. But as I had no housekeeping in over a week I had to sit with the urine soaked linens in the room. If someone had entered my room why did they not remove the linens and dirty towels from the floor and given me new ones? Why leave urine soaked linens in the room? Because no one entered the room. The dirty towels from over a week before were still on the floor when I was made to leave.
Also the bathroom had mold and the room smelled of mildew and mold when I entered. The light switches and outlets did not work in half the room. And the fridge in the room smelled so bad when I entered. Of course I cleaned it out when I left because I was not being further blamed for their lack of of cleaning. I also swept and mopped my own floors daily while there.
This property did not Knick in my door to clean the room for over a week. I had to wash my own linens. I begged for fresh towels. Their mattresses had nasty brown stains which I would not know except I had to change my own bed linens because they refused to. They claimed my room stink but also refused to take the trash for over a week. I had to buy my own trash bags and put my own trash outside in their receptacles because they just refused. There was a pile of dirty towels in the room because I could not get housekeeping to collect them. I swept and mopped my own floors daily. There was mold in the bathroom and roaches too. They allow people to smoke weed all over the property and when reported they do nothing. Some of us are allergic that’s why we book non smoking rooms. Then they refused to allow me to talk to management and refused to give me information when I left.
