Waited 15 minuted for desk clerk to ahow up, he then complained about being busy. Properly was dirty and unkept. Morning clerk was on phone in lobby.

For the price, this actually exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet (even on a weekend night), clean, and comfortable (mattress not great but definitely comfortable enough). The staff members were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was easy. The main negative was a non-working elevator, which made climbing stairs to the second level somewhat difficult for a 78 y/o with "bad" knees, especially when carrying luggage. A/C was effective and quiet; breakfast was limited to cereal, pancakes, and oatmeal with coffee, water, and OJ, but the cook-your-own pancakes and machine-made coffee were surprisingly good. Again, this was acceptable for the price paid.

Clean, recent upgrades. Not many customers on a Friday night. Breakfast was the down side, Waffles,butter and syrup. That’s the good part cereal in dispenser no milk.

Broken elevator disabled wife had to climb stairs

During check in at 10:30 pm was advised room was on second floor and that needed to take stairs. My wife who is disabled, doesn’t do stairs well. The elevator was broken. I asked for first floor room and was told none available, but another employee was showing someone who also had disabled person first floor rooms. Then at 8:24 am a male knocked on door saying housekeeping are you serious check out isn’t until 11:00 am Thanks for waking me up when I was sleeping. Last one of the bath towels was dirty with streaks from I assume was the wheel of the maid cart. We will be contacting corporate about this location.

Rooms seem to be recently renovated and it was a nice surprise to have waffles for breakfast. It was also my first time having my dog with me in a hotel and the property was pet-friendly.
