Parking is available in the street. One pet is welcome but must not go on beds or sofas. Events are allowed on the property with no unregistered guests permitted and a curfew at 10 pm. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and music volume must be moderate after 10 pm to respect neighbors.
The chalet is located on the outskirts of the municipality toward Cuadros road in Peñón de San José urbanization. The house has two floors with the ground floor featuring a hall, bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace, and complete kitchen with access to the patio, gardens, and pool. You can explore the natural park of Sierra Mágina and visit Bedmar's artistic heritage including the old and new 15th-century castles and the Church of the Assumption. The Paleomágina Prehistoric Research Center offers scientific tourism. UNESCO World Heritage cities Baeza and Úbeda are 28km away, Jaén is 46km, and Granada is 87km away.
