Have stayed before and loved our stay but a few house keeping issues this time needed to be brought to the attention of reception. One of the shower doors was completely off the rail, made it more awkward for using and one of the mugs had a coffee stain in the bottom but had been set up as clean. Overall though,nice hotel and warm, food is always lovely but the bar is very expensive.

A beautiful stay. The room was gorgeous, with a breathtaking view of the city. We especially enjoyed the observatory bar with the most beautiful menu of cocktails, enjoyed in a relaxing setting. The onsite concergie parking service was a special touch. A five star stay, which hopefully won’t be our last! Thank you

I have lost count of how many times we have stayed in the Grand Central over the past few years, and every single time we go to check in 2e hear 'have you stayed with us before?' In previous hotels we have stayed in befote the Grand Central opened we always felt the personal touch, they had our booking history and email on their system and knew that we were good customers. There doesnt seem to be that personal touch with the Grand Central and thats something we feel is missing.
