Lovely room, great breakfast and lovely staff. Ethan, the lovely American guy on reception was such a credit to the hotel- so helpful and friendly- with a great rapport and unmistakable charm. Thank you for a great stay.

Overall we really enjoyed this hotel, the location, facilities and staff were all good. Unfortunately the electronic key card system proved quite unreliable as it broke down frequently and we were unable to access the lifts and our room on several occasions. We noticed other guests experiencing similar problems. Staff tried their best to help however we got the distinct impression that this was a frequent occurrence and they were as frustrated as us. The issue needs to be overhauled sooner rather than later but this problem aside we would use the hotel again.

Room was a bit tired with scuff marks on the walls. The wall between our room and the next (behind bed) would physically shudder everytime their main door closed. As they were up from 0530-0600 this disturbed a good nights sleep. On the positive having a window that you could open helped with getting some crisp air. couldnt manage to get the room cool enough to sleep without that havinf tried to turn thr heating down. Great courteous staff.

I stayed on 1st floor for 3 days last week, great shower, comfortable pillows and bed made perfectly. I then stayed on 11th floor last night, no water pressure in shower, compared to 1st floor. Pillows weren't the same standard and bed wasn't made as good. Also the room did smell a little bit like sour water.

As soon as I walked into the hotel the reception staff were polite. The room 607 was amazing, so clean and the room and bathroom were huge. There were hangers, ironing board and iron. The
Christmas decorations went up on the Friday, beautiful tree.

I recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Belfast and wanted to share my positive experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality. The location was ideal—central, with lots of nearby places to eat and shop. Despite being so central, my room was quiet and peaceful. The room itself was well equipped with everything I needed, making it very comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel to others.
