This hotel is right next to several pedestrianized streets which is super awesome. You’re within walking distance to tens of restaurants and a mall. The rooms were nice and spacious and well kept.

A very comfortable stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. There were no towels when we arrived but they were brought quickly when we phoned. Someone entered our room with a key at 10pm , they went immediately they realised but I don’t know how it happened.Room though was very quiet and a good temperature.

Lovely stay, would 100% come back, very easy to get everywhere you need to go & staff were lovely and friendly. My only improvement would be the temperature of the room as there’s no air con & the window didn’t seem to open so it was very warm, however, I would stay again!

I stay here regularly and have never had any issues, this time the room I was in the shower switch and toilet flush were broken and shower head had water pouring out of every angle but the place it was supposed to be. The bedding had holes in it and the sink took ages to run away, just felt very tired and unloved not the standard you expect for Ramada. Plus there was a large group of children staying on the Friday night ages 10-14 with very little supervision they were playing chap door run on all the rooms and still running up and down the corridors into each others rooms banging doors and screaming at 3in the morning, I phoned reception who said they would send someone up but nothing was done about it, In the morning I was offered free breakfast for the rest of my stay but this felt just like a way to pacify me. The hand soup bottle in my room was leaking I reported it twice but nothing happened until I asked to speak to the duty manager, the cleaner just moved the toilet roll I had placed under it and left the bottle leaking , I felt the cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. The staff were friendly but seemed very preoccupied with their mobile phones a lot of guests mentioned this. I work in the service industry would never keep a customer waiting to send a text. Such a shame as you have a hotel in a brilliant location just needs some TLC

It was excellent for what we needed. Cheapest on offer. Only needed a bed for the night. We had a wedding party in the Merchant Hotel. 3/4 minute walk to it. Staff lovely. Room nice. Only downside was our neighbour who had possibly a podcast or monologue playing quietly but I could hear clearly for most of the early hours from 1am. Not knowing what to do I left it but had a restless nights sleep. This was not a fault of the hotel.
