Hotel reception staff were lovely (lady was Australian) got checked in early which was great, plus she gave us a voucher for bar as we were celebrating a birthday, room clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Bar staff friendly and drinks were great. Hotel so close to loads of bars, restaurants and city centre. Definitely would book again, great value.

Check in was very friendly, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Check out was less so, l.get that l am leaving the property but the staff was perfuntory, bordering on rude. Otherwise my stay was very pleasant.

Yes we had a very relaxing stay in the Ramada the girls on reception were very helpful and friendly nothing was any bother, and later on 2 lads in the bar were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed for 6 days while going to the Public Records Office. We were able to walk to/from there and there were ample dining at dozens of pubs/restaurants within 6 blocks. Hint: always book a table for your evening meal in a pub. However, the meals at the Ramada are top-notch.

The staff here is unsurpassed! The ladies went out of their way to find me a wine opener and were a pleasant and entertaining group. They assisted us with arranging breakfast on property and it was amazing! Thanks to the staff for making this stay super enjoyable!

Stayed over for one night, it was in an ideal location for getting to the hockey game. Plenty bars around the hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They looked after us more than they probably should have. We had such a positive experience here. The rooms were basic but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was a bit steep but it was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Good accommodation but disappointing breakfast

The receptionist was very friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. However, I found the breakfast menu extremely disappointing. Very average and unhealthy food with absolutely no healthy options like fruit, cereals (porridge,museli) yogurt, cheese, wheaten brown bread. Furthermore, the canteen staff started clearing away before 10am, I tried to get a coffee refill at 9.50 and was disappointed to see that the machine was in cleaning mode, in other words, closed down.
