This property was extremely difficult to locate. After 1.5 hours of driving around in heavy traffic trying to to locate the hotel my spouse got out of the car and walked the street to locate the hotel. She eventually found the hotel entrance in an alley way with a small sign in the alleyway making it next to impossible to locate for a first time to the property amongst heavy traffic. When we made the reservation on the internet the picture of the hotel displayed the main entrance on the street. The picture was outdated due to a major renovation to the hotel making it extremely difficult to locate for a first time experience to the hotel. Others shared with my spouse they had experienced the same frustration.

Very central perfect location

Great room lots of room complete kitchen. Everything we needed to be comfortable. The free laundry was great to use half way through our holiday. They are slowly renovating and some of the rooms have old flooring.

The location is perfect for getting around the city. near the Opera House and eating places and pubs in the Linen District. It is a tricky to find because the entrance is in the side alley way of Amelia Hall. You have access to the restaurant from the hotel lobby which is convenient. The staff of The Flint were very nice and always accommodating. Check in was a bit cramped because the size of the lobby, but the staff is so friendly and if you checked in and paid before arriving it was quick and easy. Great find.

Room clearly had smell of smoking and strong air freshener to hide it. Air conditioner was very noisy. It was hard to sleep. Staff tried to help but nothing happened.

Room was clean and very big! Loved kitchenette even though we didn't use all of its facilities. Staff was always friendly and helpful with the tourist questions. Great area for differing methods of transportation. Very central. Would stay here on the next trip! Thanks to everyone there for making it so easy!

First room was ground floor with window towards a walkable area so as a solo traveler I requested an upper floor. Space was great but window was small and covered so not much light. Kitchen was great, comfy bed, TV was movable and shower was good. Great location, nice cafe attached and excellent staff.

Great room.

This is really like an apartment, the lobby is non existent but the room was great! It is hard to find and there is no where to “drive in” … look for Amelia Hall Restaurant and it is next to and above it.

Front desk staff was great. Loved the takeaway window for coffees and baked goods in the morning. EVERYTHING is walkable from The Flint. Kitchenettes were very helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast.

Great location, great customer service

A pleasant stay in the heart of Belfast for a nearby concert. With 40,000 people descending on Belfast for this concert, getting a taxi was set to be a challenge, but Ciara on reception managed to sort one for me and was incredibly helpful. The hotel is clear and functional and a stones throw from Grand Central Station and a short walk to all of the main attractions in the center. Would stay again

Great location, modern facilities

Pros- great location, great restaurant (Amelia Hall), comfortable bed, sofa and kitchenette, modern decor throughout, easy check in process. Cons- curtains didn't go all the way across so let in light in the morning. Room wasn't soundproof so lots of street noise plus internal corridor noise. Budget toilettries in the bathroom - would expect something more luxe given the room rate. All in all was good for a weekend stay.
