Long Beach Mauritius offers 255 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features iPod docking stations and a safe. Rooms open to patios. Each accommodation is individually furnished. 40-inch LCD televisions come with satellite channels. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

This Belle Mare resort provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include complimentary newspapers and telephones. Hotel was absolutely amazing and so were the staff, were all very friendly and helpful with our young children. Location amazing, pools brilliant and choice of food very good with the ability to go a la carte as often as liked. We were half board and the only negative is it is very expensive to buy drinks, soft or alcoholic. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing experience! Our stay at Long Beach was special as it is the place where we also had our wedding ceremony and reception. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. All the staff went the extra mile to assist us with anything we needed from the front desk to the restaurant to the laundry/dry cleaning. Shoutout to the dry cleaning ladies who put up with us with nothing but a smile. Above all, everybody we interacted with encouraged us which was greatly appreciated during times where we thought our wedding would be impacted by adverse weather conditions. It truly made our wedding and time there special with our family and friends. The hotel is eco friendly, the rooms are modern and spacious and the room service is a 10/10. Highly recommend the club sandwitch. The only thing that could have been different is that there could be a curtain or separation between the room and the toilet as it is exposed. But we requested a curtain to be hung so it was all good. The spa also is amazing!! The staff are professional and very friendly. We went for a massage and facial and it was one of the best we ever had. The ambience is very relaxing and we loved the entrance of the spa which had a series of fruits, plants and veggies planted. We thought it was a unique and great idea. We will definitely go back to Long Beach!

The scenery around the hotel was nice but that was it. Everything else about the resort was not worth a return. Was very disappointed with what was received for the price. Out of two rooms one the ac did not work the other the water heater did not work. We only tried the breakfast and for an all inclusive stay it was blah. If you are only concerned with the beach and pool then you might enjoy it.

We returned to Long Beach after three years and sadly the service has dropped and the facilities are in need of updating. Whilst there we had a day of broken air con, another of no hot water for the showers and another with no power to the electric sockets in our room and a broken phone- they have a WhatsApp chat with you to offer assistance but all issues raised were never replied to. We were on all inclusive package and the mini bar wasn’t refilled for two days. The room wasn’t cleaned on one day too. The bar and setting is good and overall the food is good- a bit hit and miss depending on who is running the kitchen that day but Hasu is incredible. Swimming pool needed a clean as has suncream grease on the top layer. Really sad as we chose to come for our 10th anniversary but we made the wrong choice. Some staff are incredible which made up for some of it and we made the most of the holiday but would never return and wouldn’t recommend anymore. More like 3*

The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them.

Hotel staff service is terrible. The pool needs maintenance as the tiles at the bottom are starting to get off the surface, people are complaining of their food orders they never received. No water bottle in room and when I called 3 times they said they will bring it right away and never received it ! All hotels give complimentary water bottles . Long beach quality of service and even the food have gone down a lot. Will not go back !
