The staff are friendly, but the hotel is aging, not well. Our room had a hot tub and a fireplace, but the fireplace wouldn’t turn on. Mattress was a king, but it was like sleeping on a board. Generally, the hotel is due for a thorough update.

Pet friendly and large room. However clumps of hair on the carpet, obviously either not vacuumed before our visit or there vacuum needs to be replaced with a stronger vacuum. King size bed was very old and lumpy. Definitely needs to be replaced. Outside of hotel was very dirty, bugs and dirt all over doors, railings and windows outside. A few small changes like cleaning up outside of hotel, cleaning room properly and replacing mattress’s when worn out could make this hotel a good place with pets to stay.

Not friendly at check in, barely soeaks to you...same at checkout, got nothing, not a single wirk when I adked for a printed receipt, just uninterested....teams were on site, playing floor hockey in the hall, on the main floor, steps from the Front Desk...other Guest and I had to yell at these kids to STOP! UNREAL, that the Front Desk didn’t stop it. No parents around....semi clean, musty smell, nothing special.

Property is outdated and needs fresh paint in both rooms and hallways. Haven't yet slept in the bed but just laying on it to watch TV, it's comfortable. Looking forward to a nice breakfast tomorrow. And must say that the fellow on the front desk was very quick to help us with getting our TV working.
