Dear [Hotel Manager/Customer Service],
I recently stayed at your property and feel compelled to share my experience, which was extremely disappointing.
• The front desk staff was untrained, unhelpful, and rude, providing no assistance with basic requests such as directions.
• The property was poorly maintained: broken chairs, uncut grass, and dirty areas that appear neglected for years.
• The TV remote was missing, and overall cleanliness and safety were major concerns.
• The food quality was unacceptable; even the apples on the serving tray were rotten.
This level of service and upkeep falls far below acceptable standards and is not what I would expect from [Hotel Name]. I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues for the safety and satisfaction of future guests.
I look forward to your response and any steps you plan to take to remedy this situation.
