Discover this spectacular 680 m² villa located in the select Higuerón area, Benalmádena Costa, which offers a unique experience with panoramic views of the sea and mountain. Perfect for up to 10 people, it has four spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and dressing room, and a double sofa bed in the reading room for greater capacity.



The villa boasts a large living room of over 100 m² and a spectacular entrance hall with a double-height skylight that provides luminosity and spaciousness. Its independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils for you to prepare your meals comfortably. Absolutely stunning villa, amazing views. The owner came to meet us and talk us through everything on arrival, which was a great help, he was also a lovely chap. The villa was very spacious even with 9 of us in it and it was immaculately kept. We will defiantly be back.

A wonderful time had at this beautiful villa

A wonderful time had at this beautiful villa. All rooms are very large and well equipped. The position up a hill at the end of a road means zero traffic and spectacular views. The surrounding gardens are simply the best we have ever seen and are perfect to relax in. The owner Antonio is charming and very helpful. Highly recommended and will be back next year.

The house is everything it promisses in the pictures, if not better. We enjoyed our stay very much and the service was great. The house is a bit far from the local shop, because you are on top of a hill. so the use of taxi´s will be a must.

The house was beautiful, with a great view and everything working. Host Antonio was nice and tried his best to communicate even though there was a small language barrier. The security deposit was paid on the spot, even though cash was preferred they accepted a card payment.

Very good location and clean/nice villa!

It was very nice that the villa is at the end of the dead-end street, no traffic passing by It would be good to have at least 2 sets of keys/remotes for that villa. Considering there can be up to 12 or even more people, they may like to move around separately and one set of keys is not enough :-) And it was a bit complicated that the owner communicated only in Spanish.

Superb Villa with fantastic facilities and amazing views a great way to celebrate my 50th Birthday.

I have not long come back after a 10 night stay at this what I would call my dream villa. Myself and my family were greeted by the owner Antonio who was such a lovely delightful man, nothing was too much trouble and is always available if you are in need of anything. The villa itself is huge and is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. We all had lots of fun in the swimming pool day and night especially the children. Most evenings we sat outside with a glass of wine watching the cruise ships and boats go by. The views over the Mediterranean were breathtaking and the colourful gardens surrounding the villa were immaculately kept by Antonio. I have not long come back after a 10 night stay at this what I would call my dream villa. Myself and my family were greeted by the owner Antonio who was such a lovely delightful man, nothing was too much trouble and is always available if you are in need of anything. The villa itself is huge and is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. We all had lots of fun in the swimming pool day and night especially the children. Overall we were really happy with this place. A stunning property with breath-taking views over the sea. Each room is spacious with air con and a large kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The owner does not speak much english but this wasnt too much of a problem but had to go via the agent for a few queries and some power issues tripping the air con. The property is half way up the big hill leading to Benalmedena old town (which is beautiful) but you defo need a carits a long walk!The property has been lived in for many years and has some lovely home touches which gives it real character. A few (small) things that we would constructively feedback as follows: Need cushions for the loungersWasps - there are many, need to consider pest control Kitchen knives / utensils blunt/out of dateSprinklers come on at midday everyday if you're on the loungers near pool - you need to move!These were small things however and did not spoil what was a wonderful two week holiday. Would come back for sure.

Motorradtour in Andalusien

Wir haben mit 8 Erwachsenen (4 Ehepaaren) für 12 Tage die Villa zu einer Motorradtour gebucht. War soweit alles perfekt. Tolle Lage, viel Platz, Garage für die Motorräder. Wir würden die Villa bei einer zweiten Tour sofort wieder buchen. Als Kritikpunkt können wir lediglich fehlende Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern anmerken. Die Steckmücken in Andalusien haben uns nachts fast gefressen. Und ein gut funktionierender Staubsauger wäre noch perfekt gewesen. Das vorhandene Modell schreit nach seiner Erneuerung.
