Motorradtour in Andalusien

Wir haben mit 8 Erwachsenen (4 Ehepaaren) für 12 Tage die Villa zu einer Motorradtour gebucht. War soweit alles perfekt. Tolle Lage, viel Platz, Garage für die Motorräder. Wir würden die Villa bei einer zweiten Tour sofort wieder buchen. Als Kritikpunkt können wir lediglich fehlende Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern anmerken. Die Steckmücken in Andalusien haben uns nachts fast gefressen. Und ein gut funktionierender Staubsauger wäre noch perfekt gewesen. Das vorhandene Modell schreit nach seiner Erneuerung.

A great property full of character

Overall we were really happy with this place. A stunning property with breath-taking views over the sea. Each room is spacious with air con and a large kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The owner does not speak much english but this wasnt too much of a problem but had to go via the agent for a few queries and some power issues tripping the air con. The property is half way up the big hill leading to Benalmedena old town (which is beautiful) but you defo need a car or its a long walk! The property has been lived in for many years and has some lovely home touches which gives it real character. A few (small) things that we would constructively feedback as follows: Need cushions for the loungers Wasps - there are many, need to consider pest control Kitchen knives / utensils blunt/out of date Sprinklers come on at midday everyday if you're on the loungers near pool - you need to move! These were small things however and did not spoil what was a wonderful two week holiday. Would come back for sure.

Bien triste chers vacancier C’est bien salle un peu par tout, des odeurs mauvaises dans toutes les salles de bain, les salles de bain sont dans un état des années 70, porte de douche qui tombe, un jacuzzi qui est rouillé, le dernier jour en fermant la porte de la salle de bain du rez de jardin le carrelage s'est décollé du mur et tombé par terre, la clim qui fuit, seul le lit de l'étage était confortable mais sinon tous les reste sont très user., vaisselle cuisine que pour pour 6 ou7 personnes maximum, on a dormi avec le baie vitré ouverte et un RAT est rentré dans la maison (Horrible). On a demandé deux jours pour que le propriétaire passe pour nettoyer la piscine car elle était sale, le tapis de la salle à manger avait une odeur insupportable. L’intérieur de la maison est vraiment vraiment……Vous avez de très belles photos sur le site Abritel mais attention vous n'avez pas toutes les photos. En effet je confirme la piscine, la vue et le jardin c’est magnifique, Je déconseille fortement cette location

Sommerurlaub mit Traumblick

Wir haben 2 1/2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus mit Traumblick aufs Meer und so liebevoll angelegten Garten verlebt. António, der Besitzer hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns alles in Haus und Garten gezeigt. Und sich auch während unseres Urlaubs um Garten und Pool gekümmert und das so charmant, dass es überhaupt nicht störte. Das Haus liegt traumhaft einsam oberhalb des Meeres. Mit einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Dort oben ist es absolut ruhig. Das Haus war so sauber bei Ankunft. Wir sind wirklich viel unterwegs, aber das fällt schon sehr sehr positiv auf. . Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern da. Es war soviel Platz für alle da. Der große Tisch hat uns jeden Morgen zu ausgiebigem Frühstück und jeden Abend zu langen Abenden auf der Terrasse eingeladen. Die unterschiedlichen Sitzecken auf de Terrassen bieten jedem Platz, dass zu machen, was er möchte. Der Pool ist neben dem Ausblick sicher ein Highlight, hat eine tolle Größe, die Kinder waren quasi Dauergäste und auch die Erwachsenen haben ihn gut besucht. Das große Grundstück bietet Platz für jeden, der der die Sonne genießen möchte, der der im Schatten entspannen möchte. Im Pool baden, verstecken spielen, Wettrennen ums Haus oder Fußball auf der Auffahrt, hier war alles möglich. Und auch drinnen ist soooo viel Platz. Die große Küche hat mehr als genug Platz zum Kochen und viel Stauschränke. Es gibt neben einem großen Kühl-Gefrierschrank in der Küche auch noch einen großen in der Garage. Super! Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Auch beides super. Das Haus entspricht wirklich eins zu eins den Bildern, bietet auch hier jedem seinen Rückzugsort auch zu acht. Und bietet gleichzeitig Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Was an diesem wundervollen Ort nicht fehlen darf ist ein Auto. Denn zum Einkaufen oder zum Erkunden der Umgebung braucht man das auf jeden Fall. Wir hatten wunderschöne Sommertage hier ab der Costa del Sol und kommen jederzeit wieder und können jedem hier einen Urlaub nur voll und ganz empfehlen.

A truly stunning villa!

A wonderful time had at this beautiful villa. All rooms are very large and well equipped. The position up a hill at the end of a road means zero traffic and spectacular views. The surrounding gardens are simply the best we have ever seen and are perfect to relax in. The owner Antonio is charming and very helpful. Highly recommended and will be back next year.

Superb Villa with fantastic facilities and amazing views a great way to celebrate my 50th Birthday.

I have not long come back after a 10 night stay at this what I would call my dream villa. Myself and my family were greeted by the owner Antonio who was such a lovely delightful man, nothing was too much trouble and is always available if you are in need of anything. The villa itself is huge and is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. We all had lots of fun in the swimming pool day and night especially the children. Most evenings we sat outside with a glass of wine watching the cruise ships and boats go by. The views over the Mediterranean were breathtaking and the colourful gardens surrounding the villa were immaculately kept by Antonio. I would highly recommend Villa Las Colinas and will be be returning. Best Wishes Antonio and family Gareth, Julie & Family

Traumhafte Villa

Der Blick und die Lage waren gigantisch, sehr gepflegt und großzügig, für mehrere Paare oder zwei bis drei Familien perfekt, nicht mit kleinen Kindern (unter 6Jahre :Pool) Geschirr und Utensilien sollten mal überprüft werden, für soviele Personen müsste es noch etwas angepasst werden, (aber wirklich nur eine kleine Anregung!) Waschmaschine /Trockner ,sonst alles vorhanden. Wir hatten noch nie so eine wunderschöne Villa und , sind 4 paare und reisen seit ca. 7 Jahren jedes Jahr für eine Woche im Oktober in den Süden. Auto allerdings unbedingt erforderlich! Nähe Flughafen, auch ein großer Vorteil!

EXCELLENT STAY AT VILLAS LAS COLINAS

Our party of 14 had a great stay at the Villa. The spacious accommodation was one of the best we have been to as yet. Plenty of room and the amenities were great. Superb views, beautifully maintained gardens and a pool of a good size all helped in making the stay very enjoyable. Our thanks to Antonio and Antonia, who have done a great job in keeping the villa to the best standards. Will recommend the property to anyone looking to stay on the Costa Del Sol.
