Uusi Buffalo kotiin lähellä kaikkea satama-maassa. Näkymät järvelle ja merinäkymät myös kotoa. Rakastat etupihaa, jossa on kaasugrilli, firepit ja oma poreallas. Liota huolta pois Summer Funissä. Pääkerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on queen-size-vuode, yksi makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi kaksoset (futon), kylpyhuone, täysin varustettu keittiö ja perhehuone, jossa on iso tv. Walkout-kellarissa on oleskelutila, jossa on toinen iso tv, kylpyhuone ja pingispöytä niille sateisille päiville. Kaikki mukavuudet, joita voit odottaa laadukkaassa vuokrauksessa, kuten internet, kaapeli, kaasugrilli, keskusjohto ja lämpö, yksityinen kylpytynnyri, järven ja venesataman näkymät ja paljon muuta. ** Sunset Shoresin rannat ovat vaikuttaneet myrskyihin ja pari vuotta ankariin talviin. Toivomme, että ne palautuvat normaaliksi vuokra-ajankohtana. Tämä on aina ollut pienempi uimaranta, siellä on joitakin, mutta toivomme lisää rantaa palaavan tänä keväänä ja alkukesästä. Location! Location! Location!

It was all location for us. Walking distance to everything New Buffalo has to offer. We’ve stayed in this property now 3x and will be back for more. I did come with twin 3 yr olds. Not the most safe for that ago group. Deck isn’t didn’t seem safe, peeling wood, loose railings. But over all a great house.

Perfect NB Vacation

My wife, dogs, and I had a perfect trip to NB! The location of the home was great. Great views of the marina on one side and a good view of the lake from the other. The lot across the street provides the best lake view. Very cool to see the Chicago skyline at sunset. This trip revolved around food and nature. Over the 6 days we ate out all but 2 meals and only ate at the same place twice (Brewster's). We kayaked the Galien River and hiked the Galien River Park and NB Dunes/Beach. We took the dogs to Warren Dunes Dog Beach (via Weko Beach) multiple times. The house provided the perfect base to recharge after our longs days. We loved the amount of natural lighting for the living room and kitchen. The dogs very much appreciated the carpet in the house, which is easier on their feet after hiking. The only negative was that the beds were not to our preferred firmness level, but we still slept well overall. The Bluefish staff were tremendous at responding to inquiries and arranging add-ons that we opted for. They also provided some excellent recommendations. We would love to stay at this property again!

Wonderful New Buffalo abode

We had a great time at this property in New Buffalo. The location was great - just know that in order to get to the beach and downtown, you need to walk around the marina. There is no cut through. The house was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of starter supplies like towels, shampoo, dish soup, etc. The house didn’t include basic pantry items, but the listing was very clear on what was included and what wasn’t. The hot tub was fantastic - it was extremely clean and functional! Our only note for improvement would be better lighting. There was only one lamp in the master bedroom, so lighting was low, the basement overhead light was missing a pull string to turn on, and we couldn’t find outside patio lights for the hot tub. Small minor opportunities for improvements. Overall a wonderful property, great location, clean, and affordable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect

We can not say enough great things about Blue Fish Vacation Rentals. We had everything supplied for a perfect first night- dish soap, paper towels, toilet article supplies, etc. If we needed anything it was given attention and dealt with in a very timely fashion. This was a perfect vacation. Very clean, charming house over looking the Harbor and a view of the lake out of the front windows. We highly recommend Blue Fish Vacation Rentals.

Summer Fun House

We had a great time, the house was nice, key features are the deck overlooking the marina & the hot tub. We were mostly at the beach, only in the house at night. Not a ton of kitchen supplies to cook, bring your own spices! Showers are hot & hotter, no cold water after a hot day at the beach. We had a great time, thank you

Ladies Get Away!!

We had a wonderful time. It was late in the season when we could all get away so "Seasonal" stores etc were closed but we still had a great time. We did have an issue with our stove, but the maintenance guy arrived quickly and resolved the issue. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful. One concern was with the unfinished basement: mainly the stairs. They are very steep and not a lot of room for your whole foot. We would love to come back and have already discussed using this same rental again. Thank you

Girls Trip

We had a great experience at this rental. It was the perfect size for a girls weekend. It was walking distance to town for the Wine Festival. The kitchen wasn't as stocked with as many things as I am used to at home rentals but we made it work

Perfect family stay

Great location and home in New Buffalo. About 20 min walk to New Buffalo beach. Good layout for everyone to entertain themselves. Nice appliances and beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen window.

Perfect weekend getaway

This house is in the absolutely perfect location in downtown New Buffalo! It was very spacious and had ample places to sleep- kitchen was great for meals and we always ended the night in the hot tub! Highly recommend

Upstairs was nice downstairs was ok

The downstairs was a bit musty smelling and unfinished. Couldn’t get the girls to sleep down there. Very minimal kitchen supplies like glasses and plates, no dishwasher. Other than that the bedrooms were clean, beds nice walking across the street to the little deck at night was beautiful.

What a wonderful vacation house!

We have been to New Buffalo a few times before, and stayed in the hotel. Great low key town, just touristy enough. This time we decided to rent this house, and it was wonderful! Worked out perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) , plus grandma! House is Exactly as described, clean, great location in town close to everything. Walk to the beach and little shops is 15 minutes. Or it’s a 5 minute drive to the main beach if you don’t want to walk. The kids loved the hot tub, when it needed repair, it was fixed within the hour! Communication was great any time we had a question. The kids didn’t want to leave after our 5 night stay. We hope to go back again!

Weekend getaway pro/con

Pros: Overall, clean. Great location. Hot tub clean. Cons: Bring your own pans/utensils bc they do not have everything. And the beds- two thumbs down. The beds were absolutely terrible. Two of three bedrooms beds were clearly very old and past their prime (visibly sunken in middle). Three of the four of us woke up with severe back pain the two nights we were there and had to attempt to sleep on the couches, because the bed quality was atrocious.

Nice property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice location. Very comfortable. Two things we thought should be addressed. The back door does not seem to lock. We just locked the screen door, weren’t too concerned. The other thing was that there was no electricity in the bathroom. Since it was just the two of us I used a bedroom to get ready. The hot tub was very enjoyable!

Great location south of the harbor with water views on 2 sides of the house. Definitely all cottage but clean and comfy for our family of four.

Picture and communication

The picture of the gate across the street was deceiving as you cannot get to the beach from there. My husband called and left a message the day ouf our check in, he asked for a phone call back but never received one. That was disappointing.
