For the two days we were in the hotel we had very poor quality wi-fi in our room and no emails. We took our ipads downstairs to the desk to report to staff and wi-fi was much stronger but still no emails. Staff did ring their IT person but there was no change.

Was cold no blanket, noisy reverse cycle, too noisy to leave on,I have bad knees lucky there was a lift as unit was upstairs, we are too old to climb in a spa bath to take a shower too easy to slip and fall, no parking, would not stay there again

The Berri hotel is perfectly situated with views of the river. The apartments were very clean and spacious with plenty of parking to the rear. The balcony river view was excellent.
