The front desk check-in staff was friendly and efficient but our stay went downhill from there. We were there for four nights and our room was only cleaned once. So no clean towels, no in-room coffee unless I went to the desk and asked for it and no free coffee in the lobby. When I brought it to their attention, the desk staff just said, "Oh, your room was scheduled to be cleaned." Clearly not concerned.

Fine for a quick two nights, clean enough, though I was surprised that there was no maid service after the first night, so beds were unmade, no new towels etc. Was disappointed there was no bar light fare offered in the evening, although it says online that the bar is open until 10 pm. (One of the reasons we chose this hotel was so that we could gather together at the bar after coming home from our afternoon event).
