Overall the area around the property is beautiful and the rooms were clean but the walls of the room are paper thin! You can hear people’s conversations outside and there’s only one tiny trash can in the bathroom when there should also be one in the main room. Also the beds are very firm and difficult to sleep on

The property is wonderfully quaint and relaxing. They offer canoes, bikes, a pool and cornhole for those who want to do more than enjoy the view of the lake and the warmth of the many firepits on the property. The property was kept up and the cabins/rooms were clean. Bring your own corkscrew if you plan to enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen was minimally stocked.

We liked that the cabin was decorated thoughtfully and the grounds were inviting with many places to congregate (pool, fireplace, view of the water, cornhole etc.). The cabins were very close together and you could hear conversation from other groups. Our cabin was located at the front of the property and anyone arriving or leaving was heard through the walls. Our parking space was difficult to navigate out of, we had to reverse out behind other cars. I was disappointed to find the coffee maker had old grounds in it. Despite some pitfalls, it was a nice stay, not too far from town and a nice place to rest our heads in between activities.
