Surrounded by typical almond trees of Mallorca, the house is located in the center of the island, in a rural and quiet area ideal for a family holiday. The nearest town is Binissalem, a small town in the center of Mallorca famous for being one of the main centers of production of high quality wines. The area is ideal for hiking: you can visit the castle of Alaró or the refuge Tossals Verds of the Serra de Tramuntana. Other nearby towns are Inca, where every Thursday there is a market and Lloseta famous for having two of the best restaurants on the island.

The house and its surrounding grounds are perfect for a group of friends to use as a base for exploring the local area. The pool is HUGE and was cleaned twice during our stay which was great to see. The management company were great for contact, they even had an emergency whatsapp number and made contact from the day we arrived. The local train station is a 20 minute walk away, same as some mini marts which is handy. Only downside is that the A/C only covers the bedrooms, but the house never got too hot.

Toller Pool

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung sowie Ausstattung (insbesondere Küche) des Hauses hätten etwas besser sein können. In einem Bad war der Boden nach dem duschen meist komplett nass. Der Pool war super, es gibt allerdings kaum Schatten, lediglich durch Sonnenschirme. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus im Großen und Ganzen der Anzeige. Es gab vor Ort eine Katze, die sich nur auf dem Grundstück aufhält und täglich gefüttert werden sollte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Mit dem Auto war alles gut erreichbar (ca 10 min zum einkaufen und nach Inca und 30 min nach Palma und zum Flughafen). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief sehr gut. Zwei kaputte Liegen wurden nach unserem Anruf direkt am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht.

Tolle Finca, mit 1a Pool und Gastgebern mit tollen Tipps

Wir waren mit 5 Personen zu Gast. Die Betten sind mitunter für 6 Personen ein bisschen klein aber zur not könnte man auch auf der Klappcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Die Küchen Ausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein wenn man gerne selbst kocht ( Töpfe, Pfannen etc.). Wir waren mitte Juli 2019 dort es hat uns sehr gut gefallen allerdings könnte es für so manch einen etwas zu wenig Schatten geben. Das haus ist riesig man hat sehr viel Platz. Die lage ist ruhig allerdings ist in etwas Entfernung eine Zementfabrik zu sehen. Gehört hat man von dieser allerdings nichts. In etwa 300 m Entfernung führt die Zugverbindung vorbei die ist hörbar stört aber nicht wirklich. Binissalem und Llosetta in der nähe sind tolle kleine Dörfer die ihre Ursprünglichkeit erhalten haben und dem Massentourismus entgegnen. Eine Wanderung in der Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen allen voran auf das Castel Alaro. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
