Could not figure out how to shut off the darn TV, so it ended up keeping me awake all night. It was apparently a bad battery in the remote control. Could not reach the plug to un-plug or find any buttons on the side or back of the tv to turn it off. And was too late to call the desk. So was a night without sleep.

The electricity was tripped and that was easily reset once going to the office. We cranked up the heat but really never got warm. We ended sleeping with coats on. It was a very cold day. Parking lot was really icy. Definitely a cheap hotel experience.

The room was disgusting. Not just a little dirty, mold in the microwave, stained comforters and roaches running around in broad daylight. I have a picture of the first one I killed. The only courtesy they provided is waiving the $50 incedental hold at check in because my family and I did not expect it to be that high. We had planned $20 max. The front desk agent didn't seem to understand English, so we couldn't even tell them about the room condition.

I checked out 2 days earlier then my check out date and they refused to refund me for the 2 days that I didn’t stay there and there was roaches in the room this place is a terrible place to stay
