Great stay. Pricey because of Homecoming weekend. Upstairs was dusty on far side of bed. Other than that, clean and nice accommodations for family.

Comfortable and close to town

I had an initial complaint about the cleanliness of the floor which I shared to hotels.com on the check in survey. The next morning I had a call from the hotel about my feedback and they came right away to teclean my floor. I was impressed with the response of both hotels.com and Boxwood lodge. Really liked the location - Very walkable to town with multiple restaurants and shops. The rooms are large and comfortable. Loved being able to have the window open. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and informative (we had a late check in as we were at an App State game). Our toilet didn’t work. The rubber seal broke from the chain and we had to put our hand in a slimy tank to flush it. Truly unacceptable. There wasn’t anyone to call since it was after hours. I informed them during check out. Would not return, especially for the price paid for this facility.
