This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Boston Harbor. The staff is well-trained, very friendly, and helpful. One note about our stay was that the exterior brickwork was being restored, and around 8:00 a.m., we heard the pneumatic hammer chisel being used. This will be going on for some time. It's not a big deal if you're out and about early.

Needs an update and rooms need better cleaning. My pillows smelled so bad !! They need to honor THEIR check in time. Always running behind. “Rooms not ready” is unacceptable after a long flight! They don’t give you receipts after you charge to the room which I found strange. The pool needs updating. Overall felt like a 3 star hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again!
