The woman at the front desk was so rude and dismissive. My husband grabbed a bottle of water (it was 10 pm and we had been traveling all day) while we stood in line to check in. She yelled at him that they were for guests only. I calmly explained that we were guests. She rolled her eyes at me and said they were only for diamond members. I said no one else can purchase items from your market? She rolled her eyes at me again and ignored me. After a very long day, I was not in the mood. The room was dirty and the damn bed fell off the frame when my 185 pound husband sat on it.

Airport shuttle services and transportation to the subway were nice. Rooms were as expected from a Hampton Inn. They do have a limited restaurant on the bottom floor. If you park at the hotel they charge you.

This hotel needs to update, clean and fix outdated carpet, tile, grout, baseboards, walls, pretty much everything in the entry, hallways and rooms. Our bedding was clean but overall, an overpriced hotel along with all of the other Boston Logan overpriced hotels. Pretty sad for travelers!

It was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Could have used a trash can in the bathroom. Location was convenient for a flight arriving in the early evening and before starting our adventure the next morning. There was a small guest laundromat which was helpful as we had already been traveling for over a week.

Took awhile to get picked up at the airport. I had called several days before arriving to confirm the shuttle hours & was reassured all I had to do was call the hotel & the shuttle would head to Logan. It was not until I called upon arrival that I was told to go to a specific door (not on the baggage claim floor & a ways along the terminal). Then when I flagged down the shuttle after 40 minutes, the driver seemed surprised to be picking me up & asked if I had called! The return to the airport was a much smoother experience. The staff was helpful when asked: Grace found me extra pillows when I checked in & both shuttle drivers helped me with my bags & walker. There are NO recycling options in the rooms or the breakfast area. The rooms could use some TLC: the shower head/nozzle flow adjuster ring came off in my shower; fortunately it was on a decent setting. The toilet seat was missing a cap on one of the bolts. The bathroom & desk mirrors both had corrosion along the lower edges where cleaner had gotten on the frames. The edges of the roller shade were frayed. Breakfast was pretty good, but a better brand of yogurt would be nice - those little Yoplaits have almost no nutritional value. Assorted jam options would be a good improvement over grape jelly. The location was about 20 minutes from most of the Boston area (via ride share).

It was very noisy and not worth it. The restaurant was out of most items. It was hard to get to other restaurants with the median on the road. For a quicknap before the hotel it was not worth it.
