This property is perfect for a one night layover near the airport. It is not suitable for more than that because of the location and proximity to restaurants and shopping.

It's good for an overnight stop. The hotel appears rundown, our bathroom door handle was missing and the entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. On the good side, the airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and the breakfast attendant was very cheerful and friendly.

We stayed at this property because of its convenient location and because Hampton Inn is usually a predictable stay with clean rooms and good service. We felt so sorry for the staff at this hotel, especially reception as they were completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. It took well over an hour to check in and the gentleman on the front desk was clearly not trained. My husband arrived late and I had left a key for him earlier but he still had to wait over an hour to get it. The management really need to do better, especially on a holiday weekend. We would not stay here again.

I found people at the front desk absolutely lovely and helpful. My room was clean and very cozy. Since I was traveling I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. No complaints.

Wonderful breakfast, not so wonderful upholstery/c

The room was great, clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and hot food. The only thing that was a problem was that the carpet and bench upholstery in a section of the breakfast area was filthy. In need of a good cleaning. Should have hard flooring and vinyl chair covering. Also, there were no restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise it was a very nice place.
