I have somewhat of a hearing problem, so when foreign born people at the front desk speak so fast, it's hard to understand them. I ask them to please talk slower, I just can't hear that fast . . . . . willingly they comply. Also, if you're flying, and need to leave your car parked for a couple of days, parking your car is a total puzzle palace situation. The hotel does NOT provide parking, so you need to make arrangements with some parking company (REALLY ???), on line, and their web site doesn't work, it shuts down in 7 minutes if you haven't given info fast enough AND THEY HAVE NO phone number at the parking company nor any way to send an E-mail. I docked 5 star to 4 star, but with this parking, it's really 3 star. The hotel should run its own parking, the current situation is " BS " !!!!! Fortunately, the bar tender was very pleasant, after the parking fiasco. The room was clean and neat. I asked for a 5:00 a.m. wake up call - - - - NO CALL CAME at 5. Now I ask myself, I'm being nice to give them 3 STARS.
