Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. Hotel location was convenient to many areas in the greater Boston area. My only complaint was the heating system made a very loud noise when turning on. Interrupted my sleep.

The staff is flooding the reviews, this hotel is not excellent, it's well below average. Never stay at this property, dirty room, sheets, bathroom. dishonest rude staff. Everything went wrong at this property. I stayed here 15 years ago and had a similar experience, this time things were taken too far and I could have gotten seriously hurt. No matter what is going on, you need staff who have high integrity. Everyone I encountered lied and did stuff they should never have done. Too much to go into details but the staff lack a morals, they went all out to make the stay as uncomfortable as possible. Pretended to fix a problem only to create another, I shortened my stay and left.

Nice property, a little run down. The restaurant was terrible, the service was very slow, the food was bad and no one really cared. The heat in my room wouldn’t shut off and it became very hot.

Spacious and Serene

This is a beautifully maintained hotel that hit my every expectation in terms of cleanliness. All staff were a pleasure to interact with and gave the impression that they very much liked being there. Rooms are spacious and the food (restaurant on premises) was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.
