I truly regret staying here. The hot tub does not work, when I informed the front desk , they had no solution other than tell me to call maintenance, that never respond. I had call and go to the front desk to have a pod of coffee sent to the room. There was only a coffee pot and everything but the coffee. The door to our room was broke, it was very hard to even close and lock. The door is warped. At the pool the waterfall is also broke and no towels other than a full load of dirty ones. This is an expensive resort. In the future I will stay at a $50 dollar hotel that serves at least breakfast. The photos are professional ones on this site, nice 360 shots not reality. never again! I received horrible staff attention here to the issues at hand.

It was very kid friendly lots to do. They have a arcade room 3 different pools they have a few sports areas. They have a store that serves pizza and ice cream. It was a very nice stay

Use caution

Be careful booking this place. We checked in and they put us in a unit that looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised and the unit didn’t even have a shower. At 11:00 at night we switched after we realized the master bedroom only had a window ac unit. Our next unit was handicapped accessible and wasn’t that nice either but we didn’t complain about it compared to the previous one.

The floor in the room was absolutely disgusting!! Turned our feet black from stepping outside the shower to the sink to brush our teeth. Had to wear our sandals from the shower to our beds The noise from the elephants stomping around above us all night was horrible!! The walls are paper thin. We could hear coughing from the room next door. The beds were clean, furniture was nice. Its a shame the floors were not clean.

Was not a fan of the resort in general. The floors in the room were absolutely disgusting. Left black residue on everything. I had new white shoes when I arrived but no more. The pool indoor was not maintained well and the game room had several issues with games not working and as for “bowling”not only was it not operating at the time of my stay but it isn’t bowling like you would think it’s a super cheap knock off obviously targeting 5 year olds. Also no on site mini golf although there are many pics in their resort gallery to make u think there is on site mini golf. My advice fix your advertising approach.

I dont usually rate hotels but forced to do it when its this bad. So, I just checked in the hotel after booking a Studio Villa for 3 Nights. The room was a nightmare as the carpet is so dirty that I cant even walk barefoot (as can be seen in pics too). To add to it, the walls have spider webs on them. I did request the front desk to get my room changed but the Front desk personnel + Supervisor (Jamie) rejected it citing the reason that no other rooms are available, so I have the option to cancel the booking and find another hotel or stay in this disgusting room. Coming to the services, the WIFI is not working as well (and it's not even password protected). All this, in just the first couple of hours of checking in. No one wants to get this type of service after paying for that much money. Not sure how the coming 2 days are going to be in this hell. BEWARE of the awesome fake pics posted on websites about its room.

Book this room to celebrate our granddaughters birthday, it was a wonder experience, the newly remodeled fun zone was a hit especially with the dry erase board to color or draw. The market place was very convenient to great those last minute snack

Loved it!

Had a girl's trip to Branson and stayed at Westgate. It was perfect! The staff were amazing and friendly and helped print out the tickets I forgot to print at home. It is a gated resort which made me feel even safer at night. They had many activities going on, but we had other plans and couldn't attend. However, it was nice knowing they had things to do as an option. In the evenings we saw couples walking, and families hiking the trails or walking their dogs during the daytime. Though the actual hotel room seemed a little older, we still loved it here. I'm planning on making Westgate where I stay every trip I make to Branson.
