staff was wonderful. the room was clean. hotels dot com said breakfast is included but there was no breakfast included at this hotel. this was important to me as my car broke down and I had no transportation so I was a little upset about that. there was a food market in walking distance and a microwave and refrigerator in the room so it all worked out in the end.

The staff was by the staff I mean the one person I saw who checked me. The property is very dated There were mattresses in the stairwell in a very interesting clientele that seemed to linger in the hallways and around the building at all hours of the night The room was fine Nothing to write home about. What was disappointing was the $350 a night that this place charged Granted it was during Leaf season which I was unaware of when made the reservation but in general the facility was tired

Free breakfast was advertised - but not available - said they would refund us $10 but did not! No coffee maker in room or anywhere at all. No alarm clock in room. Wall in the bathroom needed washing badly. Makes you wonder what else was unclean - never again!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Disgusting room, stained sheets, stained comforters, even the chair was gross. No breakfast as advertised, the entire hotel reeked of weed. Constand noise all night. Arrived late at night and it was freezing outside, otherwise I would have slept in my car. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some shady places.

Staff were prompt and helpful, room was clean enough but pretty worn out; stains, chipped paint, etc. One bed had old cigarette burns in the sheets. Still much better than many of the similarly priced options in town.
