Very nice hotel and room, but had issue when we first arrived that lights weren't working in the room (suspect the lighting fuse had tripped). Reported the issue, but came back from an evening meal and it still hadn't been sorted, but we did get free drinks in the bar whilst they finally fixed it.

Booked this particular hotel as it has a pool. Booked a swim session for 7.30am, turned up pool was shut due to staff shortages. No communication from the hotel. Stood for 30 mins waiting, its meant to open at 7am. Went to reception who couldnt tell me when it would reopen and we had to check out at 11 so we couldn't make use of the facilities. Room was a little tired, shower wasnt great and no fridge in the room. Overall we were disappointed. Good location but there are better hotels in Brighton.

Great stay, excellent location and lovely place

It was a really nice stay. A decent sized pool and spa that you have to book, although it felt like it was in need of a little bit of TLC. Hotel itself was really nice, and although our bed was quite bouncy, we slept quite well. The bar was really nice and we’d definitely want to come back in the future.
