The first room they gave me had a malfunctioning AC unit, so the room was unbearably warm and stuffy. I requested a change in rooms and they were cool about that. Some of the lights didn’t work in the second room, but I didn’t mind too much. The real problem I had was that I left some clothes behind after checking out. I called and they told me to come by the front desk the following morning. I arrive the following morning only to tell me that the housekeeper threw away my clothes. What kind of service is that? Why throw away my clothes but keep another guest’s clothes (because she showed me a pair of shorts that weren’t mine)? That’s really messed up. Overall, don’t leave any clothes behind because they will just throw it away.

The first room air condicioner not works Next the door lock was falling but well l was there already so And no minifridge no microwave And dont try to use the one in the lobby is so dirty the microwave

Found a live roach in my bathroom and killed it with a towel. Front desk moved me to another room, but once I went inside, the sink and light was left on and there was water pooled all over the floor. So I ended up going back to the front desk yet again to get another room, and the third room turned out okay.

The T.V screen had lines going through it. The floors were not clean. The bathtub was not clean.There were a couple of roaches.No screen on window. The pool was dirty.
