Luxury Hill Country Estate -hotellimme sijaitsee 20 hehtaarin rinteessä. Tällä tilalla on oma porteitettu sisäänkäynti, oma uima-allas ja spa. Kiinteistö on välimerellinen tyyli, ja sen ulkopinta koostuu stukosta ja espanjalaisista laattalaitteista. Kiinteistö koostuu päärakennuksesta, uima-altaasta ja yksiöstä.

Kiinteistössä on päärakennuksessa 3 makuuhuone ja kaksi ja puoli kylpyhuone. Tämä päärakennus mahtuu 8 vierasta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oma 5-osainen kylpyhuone, jossa ylellinen vaatekaappi. Vierashuoneessa on täysikokoinen sänky ja viimeisessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista sänkyä. Nämä kaksi huonetta jakavat eteisen kylpyhuoneen. Lisäksi päärakennuksessa on gourmet-keittiö, olohuone ja ruokasali.

Pool talo on kahden makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyhuoneen omaisuutta. Se sisältää myös täysikokoisen keittiön, olohuoneen ja aamiaisalueen. Makuuhuoneessa on 3-osainen kylpyhuone, jossa king size-sviitti. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista makuuhuonepakettia ja sisäänkäynti 3-osaiseen kylpyhuoneeseen. Allasrakennuksessa on myös pokeripöytä.

Ulkopuolelta viihdyttäväksi sekä pää- että uima-altaat ovat peittäneet terassit oleskelu- ja ruokailualueilla. Jokaiseen ulkona viihdyttävään tilaan on helppo pääsy ja näkyvyys upeaan uima-altaaseen. Päärakennuksen viihdyttävällä ulkoalueella on takka, ulkitelevisio ja kaasugrilli. Pool-talon ulkoviihdyttävällä alueella on oleskelu- ja ruokailualue sekä oma kahvilapöytä.

Ylimääräisiä suuria juhlia varten on saatavana yksiö ja 6 lisävuodetta. Yksiö on varustettu king-makuuhuoneella ja omalla 3-osaisella kylpyhuoneella.

Jos haluat taloa ylimääräisiä ihmisiä, alla olevat kiinteistöt ovat noin 12-15 minuutin päässä tästä kodista.

Uima-allas ja spa-alue ovat upea kuin ne tulevat, mutta jos uima ei ole sinun juttusi, meillä on käytettävissä siru ja putt-golfkenttä.

Luxury Hill Country Estate sijaitsee lähellä 4 hääpaikkaa, kaikki 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kartanosta. Kiinteistö sijaitsee noin 20 minuutin päässä Austinista, San Marcosista, Wimberleystä ja Dripping Springsistä. Ylellinen tila on noin 45 minuutin päässä San Antonion keskustasta.

Ylellisyystilan hinnoittelu perustuu matkustajien lukumäärään. Kaikilla matkustajajuhlissa on pääsy kaikkiin mukavuuksiin. Yhden hengen vuoteet ovat saatavissa yli 16-vuotiaille. Varastoimme nämä sängyt paikan päällä sinun käyttöä ja asennusta varten. Vaikka kartanolla on kolme kiinteistöä, paikan päällä, varaamme kartanon vain yhdelle matkustajaryhmälle kerrallaan. Emme myöskään pidä mielessä bbq-, pre- tai post-häätapahtumia mäkimaassa. Muista, että tämä on loma-asunto eikä tapahtumakeskus.

Viihdettä varten, uinnin ulkopuolella, hotellissa on siru ja putti-alue, korttipelien pokeripöytä, jättiläinen jenga-setti, maissireikä, lentopallo- ja sulkapallojoukot. Kolme viimeistä asetusta on tallennettu sisälle, mutta ne voidaan tuoda esiin ja asentaa käyttöön.

Luxury Hill Country Estate on täysin varustettu matkatarpeisiisi. Kaikki keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineet ovat saatavilla. Tarjoamme kahvia, uimapyyhkeitä, uimapyyhkeitä, kaikki vuodevaatteet. Kiinteistö on suunniteltu saapumaan, purkamaan ja nauttimaan !!!

A dream homestead

This place is everything it says it is and more! The seclusion and building layout checks off many marks.All amenities were finely appointed. Two kitchens made things so much easier.The pool was certainly a big hit, so much so that my grandson said he didn't want to go back to PawPaw's pool...We had 17 staying on the property and approx 15 others in local hotels and VRBO's.We couldn't be happier and look forward to a return stay.

WOW... Couldn't dream for a better one

We spent the New Year vacation at this property and our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The house exceeded all our expectations in every way. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the spacious living areas made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.The host was very nice and responsive, She allowed us to have an early check-in and a late check out.We had so much fun there, kids and adults had their share of fun.Suitable for big groups or families

Love the property but it needs attention. Hot tub and some TVs didn’t work. Some remotes didn’t have batteries. There were no trash bags. Swallows nest there so there is poop at all the outdoor sitting areas. Had to raise the top of the tank to flush one toilet and one bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

Very nice!

Several families were here for a wedding and this property is perfect for that! It has 3 houses on it. Worked like a charm for us, everyone had there own room and dressing areas! A few suggestions, More lights, Mirrors in the bedrooms, (even the long cheap ones from Target will do in each bedroom closet) and a few throw blankets would be nice oh and some firewood. Overall, we loved it!

Wedding Weekend

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay with our families as everybody was traveling from out of town for our wedding. This exquisite location offered all the amenities and conforts of home. There aren't any words to do this place justice. 5 stars through and through. Our wedding couldn't have been any more perfect, as the Bride and her bridesmaids used the main house, while myself(Groom) and the groomsmen used the pool house for our "morning of" preparations.

Family Reunion

Property is beatiful. My family enjoy all amenities and we focus in the positive that property offers in regards of the accommodation. Property needs a better cleaning before guest arrive. Kitchen was dusty and main house bathroom were not clean. Other two houses were fine. Main gate of property did not work and you have in the back of your mind the security aspect when you have kids and older relatives with you that anyone can enter the property late nigth.Overrall work the money and the host was responsive. We We consider coming back - i think is more positive that negative and the value is there as well.

The stay itself was great unfortunately there were a few gliches…I informed our contact the toilet did not flush in the studio apt, they left the top of the tank off so they could flush manually. Somebody had set the thermostat very low in pool house, so cold showers were taken, luckily our son in law figured out it was digital and set it so they would not have to endure cold showers during the rest of our stay! The televisions did not work, when I inquired about them, was told they may need to purchase a new tv for master bedroom….was sent a new WiFi link for living room that did not work! Son in law who is an IT worker worked with it but couldn’t get it to come on until we plugged a phone in to it. The grounds and pool were great we enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. However the inside could use a little TLC.

Did not meet expectations

Unfortunately this rental did not meet our expectations for the price. While the owners were quick to respond to emails we kept having to ask lots of questions about the property like check-in time, how to check-in, whether there were codes etc. They should put together a welcome email or packet that will answer all these items for guests to help decrease the questions. There was also a problem with the water on the property. It sporadically turned off when in use. Not good when you have a lot of people staying needing to shower and get ready. Never heard back about whether it was resolved or not either. Overall the property itself if beautiful but we wouldn't rent it again.

Beautiful home, but upkeep leaves much to be desired

We booked this property to house my wedding party and hold our small reception. We informed the owner of our plans and got permission prior to the event. The house was beautiful and the layout was ideal for hosting however the state of the property upon arrival left the impression it had not been maintained or cleaned. We spent around two hours sweeping, clearing dead branches, and hosing down the patios and furniture to clear the copious bird droppings, dirt, and cobwebs.The home itself while gorgeous was in noticeable disrepair—several things were broken or worn down. Including the following : the fire alarm batteries were out and and beeping in one of the homes, one of the bed frames collapsed on our guests during the night (which we luckily had tools to fix ourselves), some of the sinks had loose faucets and did not drain properly, and everyone and a while the you could smell the septic tank outdoors. We found cobwebs on the ceilings in the bathrooms and all over the wood beams in the kitchen living room areas. While the host was responsive and apologetic, the apologies came with more excuses than actual solutions. Nothing was really addressed during our stay.Overall, it felt like the place had potential but was poorly maintained. After our hard work getting everything ready for our guests it was a gorgeous weekend and home, but expect to put some elbow grease in if you are expecting to host guests.

Beautiful Property, but Lacking in Comfort and Attention to Detail

The property itself was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio—such a peaceful and relaxing space. The location was quiet, which made for a nice getaway.However, there were several areas that could use improvement. The pool clearly needs more frequent cleaning. Although there’s a pool cleaner on site, it didn’t seem to be in use, and the pool should at least be skimmed before each new guest arrives.The mattresses were a common complaint among our group. With the exception of those staying in the pool house, everyone had issues with the beds. The master bedroom mattress had a deep valley on one side and was extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Others felt like they were sleeping directly on box springs.Communication with the owner also left something to be desired. The WiFi information in the welcome packet was incorrect, and messages sent through the rental app went unanswered. I eventually received a response after texting directly, but another question about extra trash bags was never addressed.Additionally, the hand soap in several bathrooms appeared to be mostly water, as if it had been diluted to stretch what was left.Overall, while the property was beautiful and we made the most of our stay, the comfort and cleanliness did not meet expectations—especially for the price we paid.

DO NOT RENT – Especially Not for an Event

We booked this property for our wedding, with full approval from the owners, and it was a complete disaster.We arrived to find the yard littered with trash and debris, bird feces covering all outdoor surfaces, holes in the patio chairs, and the hot tub leaking across the patio. Two of the houses had no hot water for the duration of our stay. Despite contacting the host immediately, they only sent cleaning supplies—expecting us to clean it all ourselves—and eventually stopped responding altogether. No one was ever sent to fix the water issue.Inside, it was just as bad: hair in every bed, clearly unwashed sheets, filthy, stained bathtubs, torn curtains, and non-functional light fixtures throughout both homes. It was obvious the property had not been cleaned or properly maintained.I have 47 photos documenting the state of this place, and I’ve reported it to Vrbo. The property is now under investigation, yet the owners are still refusing to offer a full refund—even of the cleaning fee, despite the overwhelming evidence.This experience was stressful, unsanitary, and unacceptable, especially for such a meaningful event. Avoid this property at all costs. It is not as advertised and absolutely not worth the money or hassle.

Beautiful property, lacking for the price

Though the property itself is beautiful and spacious, for the price, we would expect that things functioned properly like the hot tub which was completely unable to heat, the dishwasher that made things dirtier than when they went in, and lack of hot water to wash dishes properly in the kitchen. The TV had no channels/reception as an earlier reviewer pointed out in December, and unlike lesser properties, there were zero nice touches like dishwasher detergent, paper towels, tissues, or coffee. For over $1000/night, it would be nice to find trash bags or even something really nice like some bottled water in the fridge or rafts for the pool. It was advertised that there were additional cots/beds, but some were broken leaving two people without a bed. The location was very close to Chapel Dulcinea and Salt Lick, so it worked great for our small wedding weekend (ceremony and reception were at the Chapel, but family stayed here). There were plenty of places for folks to gather outdoors and indoors in small groups which was nice, and the kitchen and table were large enough for 10-12 folks inside with another 6+ outside. Overall however, we were all collectively simply disappointed with the amenities or lack there of. With a little effort, this property could be a dream come true.

Great Property - Poorly Managed

This is a great property but poorly managed. 1. We had problems with the heater and spent the first night freezing until they came to fill the tank "enough to get us through the night" without realizing there are two gas tanks and only filled one. The master bedroom and the main house were left without a heater the first night in temperatures of 32F. 2. The master bedroom thermostat did not work throughout the stay. 3. The main house shared bathroom door did not lock. 4. After being asked to purchase damage protection insurance and having accidentally broken a window, the repairs were taken from deposit and no claim was filed which defeats the purpose of purchasing accidental property damage insurance. 5. Insurance was purchased and was supposed to reduce deposit im half but instead a full deposit was still collected. 6. Only half of the deposit was refunded due to damage because owner did not want to file claim through insurance. 7. Not satisfied with overall experience.

BEWARE - READ ALL REVIEWS!!!There is a three ring binder of very specific rules that must be adhered or a fee will be given for any infractions. We left this place immaculate and cleaned it following ALL guidelines.The place was not cleaned (dishes had to be washed prior to use), there is large volumes of bird feces coming from bird nests over the main dwelling doors/entrances, pool house entrances and corners. These feces mounds are on the hanging seat, light fixtures, and door walkways. There was food in one of the bedrooms upon arrival. No hot water in 2 buildings. The bed in the cabana-like single room fell with a guest in it as it was not properly put together and missing screws. We repaired it.The mini drawer fridge leaked due to improper seal and the freezer was frozen shut on the fridge. We could not use it. The WiFi does not work at all and when we contacted the host, we received no response. This place needs maintenance and the owner sent us a bill alleging an AC was set to 45 causing damage of flooding to the ceiling, walls, and floor over a week after the stay. Vrbo was contacted, did a call to the listed owner, and asked her to reverse the charges. Vrbo shared they agreed with us and to dispute with our bank. We have the case number and have requested the owner submit routine maintenance of the AC unit upon advise from AC experts as we are advised this is the owner’s upkeep of the emergency switch and routine drainage lines/drip pan maintenance. Great location

This VRBO was conveniently located near driftwood and dripping springs for easy to access entertainment. With plenty of space to have our entire group comfortably accommodated!
