Jillian was excellent Front Desk to check me & my family into Homewood Suites. Excellent customer service, greeted is with a warm smile, very knowledgeable, friendly advice/conversations/provided a welcome gift/gave excellent directions around the property to help us navigate. Moreover, followed up with us to ask "How did you enjoy your room? Is everything okay with you room?" She waited & listened to our concerns. Then, provided her expertise of what our next steps would be. Overall, excellent check-in experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice large lobby with lots of dining tables of various sizes which can be used by guests to entertain. We reserved both a King Suite and King Studio with kitchenettes. Both rooms were better than expected as weren’t tired and in a need of a refresh. We celebrated a late Christmas with our grandchildren and children and would stay here again. The only issue we encountered is the indoor pool was heavily chlorinated which caused coughing for those swimming. For others watching from the sidelines it was irritating to eyes.
