The place looked worn out: carpets torn, sheets not crisp and clean(looked grey), A/C didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush unless you held handle and then it continued to “run” some time, the entire place was not very clean. The same name with the Best Western a few blocks away is confusing. I actually thought we were booking the nicer Best Western Rory & Ryan
