PEPA1812 has the perfect location to get to know Cádiz like a real local. It is located in the heart of the old part of the city, very close to the beautiful Alameda Apodaca and many places of interest such as Plaza Mina and San Antonio, authentic nerve centres of the main celebrations in the city.



This 51 m2 first-floor accommodation with 2 bedrooms and capacity for up to 3 people has a practical and modern decoration while preserving traditional elements such as its windows with shutters that insulate the place thermally and acoustically very well.

As soon as you enter you will see a bright living room open to the kitchen, which has very complete furniture and equipment. The master bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed are completely interior. Finally, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower puts the icing on this exquisite cake.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

The first floor of this wonderful, typical Cadiz building was charming, clean, and in the perfect location. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook if needed or plentiful restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend.
