After ascending to the third floor and heading right through an elegant hallway, our luxurious and bright apartment with views of the lively Calle Compañía is revealed. This state-of-the-art tourist space exudes a unique charm from the moment the door opens.

Upon entering, one is greeted by a spacious living room, elegantly furnished with a king-size sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A sophisticated coffee table and a state-of-the-art Smart TV complement the space, creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining evenings at home.

The living room opens to two charming exterior balconies, flooding the space with natural light and offering panoramic views of the bustling city beyond. These balconies are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. Parallel to this, the open-concept kitchen, with its modern design and central island, invites guests to prepare their own culinary delights. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and surrounded by three stylish barstools, this kitchen is both functional and attractive, making it the ideal setting for sharing and creating unforgettable memories.

This personal sanctuary is equipped with a luxurious 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, promising restful nights. Great unit, central location close to everything. Unit could use some literature on what to do, where to eat. Also, more specific detail re no cars inside streets and specific detail on exactly where parking is and that it is underground. Would highly recommend this unit!!

Great apartment just as pictured. Javier met us at check in and gave us lots of useful information about the apartment and area. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. They even provided mid stay cleanings for longer stays. Rooftop was nice to relax on and laundry machine was wonderful to have. Wifi worked well and kitchen had everything we needed. The location is very central in old town. There is noise from the street as expected in that location, but it wouldn't keep us from returning. We very much enjoyed our stay, loved the Central market and found great restaurants.

Perfect for old city Cadiz

The apartment was on the top floor of a three-storey building with only two apartments on each level. Light-filled and easy access to market, historic sights, harbour, bars, and restaurants. Great communication with hosts and maintenance people and the best laundry experience ever - you can hang out on the terrace. Would recommend.

BEAUTIFULL PLACE

Property exactly as advertised and very located. The only small negative is it was somewhat noisy in the evening between say 8 and 10 pm. (from the street below!) J.R. from Ottawa Canada
