Hurmaava Rotary House Longview Farmissa on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät.

Longview Farm on niin kaunis weve ollut esillä ympäri maailmaa ja saada varattu häitä useita kertoja vuodessa. Olemme pieni harrastuspaikka, jossa on Santa gertudis -karjaa. Sijaitsee rannalla turmeltumaton Nowendoc-joen (kajakkeja ja rivi vene mukana).

Joki on täydellinen uimiseen yleensä vuosittain syyskuun ja toukokuun välisenä aikana. Jäähdytyskuukausien varauksissa on sisä- ja ulkotakka - tähdet ja muutaman askeleen ja sisätiloesi luxiourisen pyörivän talon sisällä.

Voimme majoittaa jopa 16 vierasta ja sijaitsevat 4h ajomatkan pohjoiseen Sydney.

Omistaja Luke Everingham rakensi vuonna 2006 hämmästyttävän rakenteen täydellisen 360 asteen kiertonopeuden noin 45 minuutin ajan ... tarpeeksi aikaa viimeistellä lasillinen chardonnay ja täyttö.

Se on kokonainen kosketusnäyttö ruokasalissa - eikä se ole raketti tiede, mutta tietenkin sen takana oleva tekniikka.

Kaunis koti tarjoaa upeat näkymät Nowendoc-joelle ja ympäröivälle maaseudulle, joka sijaitsee 40 hehtaarin kokoisessa kiinteistössä, joka on myös Santa Gertrudisin stud.

Kengurut ja wallabit ovat säännöllisiä kävijöitä, ja linnusto on laaja ja vaihteleva, kookaburrilta ja kotareilta aina kuninkaan papukaijojen parviin. Sanalla on myös se, että koalat on havaittu lähialueilla vain äskettäin.

Jos rengas vain katselee maailmaa, voit uida, kalastaa tai kajakin joen (käytettävissä on yksi ja kaksinkertainen kajakki).

Beautiful Setting really cool house

The scenery and surrounds were gorgeous. The house was comfortable and convenient. The Rotating party was really cool and had us all discussing engineering quite a lot. Lovely welcoming hosts, friendly and accommodating.

Excellent property, relaxing views

Such a beautiful property, was so relaxing and the views are amazing. The care takers of the property are such beautiful people, they helped us get comfy. The children loved the animals on property especially the horses. It was cold when we were there but the life saver of all is that fire place and the electric blankets on the bed. we did manage to go kaiking in the river it was so peaceful and beautiful. The whole property is kids safe and bonus is that the property had everything u can think of first aid kit which made us also feel a lot safer incase of forbidden accidents. Overall we were 9 adults and 7 children and all were comfortable and happy the house was so big and never did we feel over crowded. Will stay here again and recommend everyone to come here for a home away stay.

Memorable

We were 4 families. 8 adults and 5 kids (all 5 years old). We had a GREAT stay. The novelty of rotating the house when it gets hot in one particular room was so cool. The surrounding is so beautiful with mountains and river and trees. There are no air conditioners and the rooms at night were fine. They have stand fans in each room. The afternoons, evenings can get a bit warm inside the house in peak summer, so we used to just put some Mats outside and enjoy the scenic views. The rooms are nice and big. The river was fun and we went for a swim. So beautiful. Please buy river shoes for adults and kids, some of us didn’t and regretted it. We went to the far left side which we thought was good for the kids to have a swim. The kitchen too is well equipped. The sky was beautiful at night and we had a couple of days clear skies and saw many shooting stars and constellations which added to the trip being so memorable. The hosts are really really lovely. Always available for any questions and requests we made. Their gorgeous doggo Joey was such a highlight for the kids. They had such a good time playing with him. He loves guests. All guests. So so adorable. Thanks for a memorable start to 2023 Leanne. It was a memorable trip for all of us.

Excellent property on scenic land

We had a great stay at Leanne’s property, the house was clean and well furnished and the ability to rotate so you can catch the early morning sunrise was a nice feature.

Great place to relax

Although the house was quite a drive from Sydney, it was well worth it. The house is was big and spacious. The fire pit outside was used every night! The bbq was handy and we used it every day. We loved that it was so close to the river and we had plenty of space to roam around. The beach was also only an hour away. Enough beds for all 12 of us and it was great that we were provided with towels. The only downside we had was that there were quite a few bugs, especially at night in the main bathroom. It would have been nice to have a pool since there was no air-conditioning and the river was too murky to swim in due to the rain. The electric fence wasnt very child friendly and we had to watch our toddler. Other than that, the house was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house with stunning views!

Had an amazing stay with friends. The Rotating House offers amazing views and allow us to enjoy the surrounding scenery of grazing cattle and mountains. The house is very cozy and really comfortable. All in our large group had an awesome time. We had an excellent holiday and appreciate all the effort the owners have put into making guests feel at home. Thank you Luke and Leanne :-)

Truly unique and spectacular property!

We spent 5 fabulous days with a family group of 10 in this truly unique and amazing home! The house was very spacious and comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The caretakers were welcoming and on hand for anything if required but respected our privacy. The views, wildlife and serenity made for the most relaxing time. The drought meant the river was low but we were still able to enjoy a swim and kayaking which the children (and adults) loved. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Fantastic farm stay with a difference

3 generations of our family stayed together and this accommodation was perfect for all. The kids loved the freedom of the yard, the adults loved the comforts both inside and out, especially the fire and verandah. The place is extremely roomy and comfortable. The furnishings are luxurious and the kitchen extensive. This is a great accommodation and highly recommended.

Great Weekend Away

We had 14 people for a weekend away and had a great time and the owners/caretakers are really friendly. We had a campfire at night and swam in the river during the day. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Mesmerising and great accommodation

This is the one of the best holiday/getaway we had in last 10 years. As usual 4 (3 families less this year for us though) of our family/friends set out on a pre-Christmas journey to explore country NSW and for 2017 we chose a farm stay at World Famous Rotating house. The property in 40 Acre land is surrounded by spectacular and serene mountains and beautiful manning river. What a fantabulous place!!! Whole years work stress was relieved in 5 days. It was a divine and peaceful for all our family and friends and kids loved this place. Entire group went Kayaking in the river that flows beside the Rotating House - thanks to caretakers. We spent more than 3 hours in Kayaks and it was never enough. Dear Property owners and caretakers, thanks you for making our stay so memorable... Wishing you all a prosperous and great New Year 2018. What an Amazing Place...Beyond Words

We went to Rotating House to celebrate my hubby's 50th....We were just blown away by the location of the House. Hills, River, Valley all around and it was just us and our friends all around. The house is extremely well furnished with a well equipped Kitchen. The Care takers are just around the corner and extremly helpful....Overall, It was a magical experience!!! We will be back for SURE!!!

Wow! Just Wow!

What a wonderful peaceful spot for a well needed rest . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Rotating House . Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Beds were very comfy & my wife absolutely loved the Daybed on the decking. The mood lighting in the bathroom is an added bonus ! We would love to visit again ! Great for family gatherings.

Everything you need and more..

This place is like a unique, boutique hotel in the middle of the Australian countryside. Great time of year to go, being able to swim in the river to cool off during warm Spring days and curl up by the fire with a blanket and a bottle of red in the evenings. Seriously worth the splashing of cash and treating yourself to a quiet weekend out of the city!

Simply Amazing!!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Luke and Leanne for your kindness and generosity in allowing us to stay in your beautiful home over the past few days. We had an absolutely amazing time and it is something that will remain etched in our hearts and memories forever. Every aspect of the home was truly wonderful, from the spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area, the cosiness of the fireplace, the well-appointed bedrooms, the viewing room upstairs which the kids really enjoyed and spent a lot of their time in and of course the rotating of the house which contributed to the uniqueness and boundless pleasure of our stay. Without doubt the river was a massive selling point, really incredible and provided the backdrop for many a sunset beverage. The greenery, the mountains, the thunder of stampeding cattle, stories by campfire, the rain at night, children filling the house with laughter...all of nature at its's very finest. We simply could not get enough of this stunning and magical place!! Again, we just can't thank you enough and honestly cannot wait to get back and visit this beautiful nirvana once again. Look forward to making our way back soon and we'll definitely be referring family and friends to this fantastic part of the world and your gorgeous home. Simply amazing!!

Great Family getaway

Great house and fantastic way to getaway with the entire family for the weekend. House easily accommodated the 11 of us. We have kids that have become accustomed to ipads, however they didn't use them once while we were away. We had a great time and would definitely do it again. Leanne was fantastic, my mum left her glasses behind and Leanne was able to find them and post them back to us.

Terrible

FACT: As the house does not contain an air conditioner it was extremely uncomfortable at night, and sweltering in the daytime. FACT: The fridge struggled to work effectively. FACT: There was no working phone in the house, no internet connection, mobile coverage or television reception. It is my opinion that the product was not sufficiently appointed for the price. I would not recommend this to others at all.

Excellent place to stay!

We had such a lovely time at The Rotating House - the house was just simply amazing - so innovative. We were a little worried that we would be cramped with the 12 of us. But that was not the case at all - this house is very spacious. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble in making it very comfortable - the beds were great and the linen was better quality than what have at home - so that was great. We were there over winter and made great use of the outside campfire at night - it was like high class camping. Then during the days we explored the property and that was something else also. We ended up having a picnic lunch down by the river, it was a lovely experience. The caretakers met us on arrival and answered our questions before leaving us alone for the remainder of our stay. I just felt so relaxed and at peace. We just loved it and will be going back again.

It was AMAZING

We stayedf or 2 night and it was so relaxing even though we had 5 kids we didn't feel it due to the big grass land area outside secured with electric fence that made it more secure.ahh there's so much things to talk about overall all we Will book it again and again. Lastly MR WAYNE is such a great person and itwas such a pleasure meeting you and your gorgeous animals hope to see you soon xxxxxxxx
