The staff were very helpful. The property was very clean. I didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the property because I arrived so late, but the grounds looked very nice. I’m sure when it’s hot weather it would be a nice place to bring a family and also to go to the casino. Thank you for a lovely day.

The hotel is amazing surrounded by beautiful restaurants, the staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are big and spacious with an access to outdoor balcony, also there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes, I’ll definitely go back.

Convenient hotel with great staff!

I always stay at hotel weekend I am arriving into or departing from Cairo. It's super convenient, with a free 24-hour shuttle service. The best thing about the hotel is the staff: they are super helpful, friendly, and accomodating. The only negative is that smoking is still allowed in rooms, so even if you request a non-smoking room, the smoke will still drift in from your neighbors making it stuffy and hard to breathe.

Ok place to crash for a night

Staff were lovely. Check in took a little longer because we booked online and a manager needed to check us in. Initially he couldn’t find our reservation but was sorted fairly quickly. The room was ok. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and needed better maintenance upkeep. It was fine for the one night.
