Schöne Poolanlage, aber nicht mehr...

Pros: Poolanlage
Cons: Hotel renovieren, Personal ausbilden, EDV-System ersetzen, Prozesse verbessern (z.B. Check-out)
Location: Zentrum von Caldas Novas, Nähe Club Roma (grösster Wasserpark im Ort)
Lage im Zentrum von Caldas Novas, bewachter Parkplatz beim Hotel, ansprechende Poolanlage - ganzes Hotel renovationsbedürftig, Zimmer mit dürftiger Ausstattung, Duschen nur mit fast kaltem Wasser, Check-out dauerte bei uns 45(!) Minuten, obwohl die Zimmer bereits im Voraus bezahlt waren - Personal zwar freundlich, aber völlig ineffizient
