The hotel was clean but disappointed that they didn’t have an elevator for people with mobility issues. As I have mobility issues doing stairs was not good for me and had to ask staff to move us to a different room so that I would not have to do the stairs. The breakfast was not well served and we had to constantly request for items for the continental breakfast

We had a very dirty room. Bedding was changed and dog hair on the floor and nothing looked clean. I changed the sheets and the top blankets should be washed. They let dog s stay- so maybe they should learn to clean up the dog hair, I’m allergic to dogs/cats as well as scared of them. We heard barking and that was too much for me. My eyes and throat were sore all the while staying there. They try to hid the dog Oder by spraying a very strong smelling cent that wasn’t pleasant. My sinuses were plugged the full 4 days. Very short on towels. The shampoo was used and left, the Kleenex box was empty- Microwave dirty inside. I won’t stay at that the TravelLodge south in Calgary that’s for sure!!!

Amazing location and staff! Love the professionalism of the receptionist and the housekeepers. But unsafe, I had someone tried to break-in my door. No wonder all the chairs are by the door when I checked-in it give me a tip that someone might break-in so therefore I blocked the front door with chairs.

Building is really old but everything works well and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Its close to trasit and shopping so it makes for a great affordable stay if you jist need a place to crash for the night anf park your car!

My bed was a bit worn out so it was uncomfortable. The shower was excellent, but the exhaust vent fan wasn’t very effective. Amenities were fine and the best part was the excellent breakfast and the staff service.

A/C don’t work well, walls are super thin can hear

Hotel could use upgrades everything is old. A/C was a problem does not function well and others has complained as well. Walls are paper thin can hear conversations, a lot of complaints from others staying about noise, def needs a lot of upgrading. Park is horrible not enough parking Lots vehicles parking in no parking areas

Good for money spent. Front desk and the management are very polite and easy going. Parking is a bit tighter especially if you arrive later than 8.30 pm. Overall, good experience.

It wasn’t any great, there wasn’t any noise proofing as such and you could hear people in corridors. There was smell of smoke aswell. They literally serve ice cold eggs in breakfast recycling them rather than serving fresh. No water bottles for guests. No elevator either. Will avoid next time
