The hotel and the staff were perfect, the rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were changed during a 3 night stay. The breakfast was 10/10. You couldn’t really ask for more. The only personal downside was there was no pool but the beach is literally on the door step

Das Zimmer war für unsere Ansprüche ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden (Föhn, Duschbad, Handtücher, Wasserkocher). Wir haben gut geschlafen. Allerdings roch der Abfluss im Bad unangenehm. Zum Frühstück gab es eine kleine Auswahl verschiedener Speisen, u.a. Brötchen, Toast, Ei, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Schokocreme, frisches Obst & Gemüse, Cerealien, Milchalternativen, Tee-/Kaffeevariationen, Saft,... . Das Personal hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, einen Pool hat das Hotel nicht, dafür eine Dachterrasse. Gute Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr - in ca. 20 min ist man mit dem Bus in Palma und in ca. 1 h am Flughafen.

Das Hotel befindet sich nach wie vor in einer Modernisierungsphase (z.B. wird der Fahrstuhl gerade neu-\eingebaut), wobei man als Gast deswegen überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, charmant und haben immer ein echtes Lächeln für ihre Gäste...ehrlich gesagt ist uns das tausendmal lieber als ein piekfeines Hotel mit weniger herzlichen Angestellten. Das Frühstückbüffet ist nicht allzu groß, dafür frisch, lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die fußläufige Nähe zu den beiden wunderschönen Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern mal wieder.

Wir waren 6 Nächte für ein günstigen Preis in einem Doppelzimmer. Die Zimmer waren modern, sehr sauber und hatten einen sehr großen Balkon. Die Fernseher waren groß und modern, diesen haben wir jedoch nie genutzt. Das Frühstück ging täglich bis 10 Uhr und es gab eine Auswahl an Essen wo jeder etwas findet. Man kann sich auch raus auf die Terasse der Waikiki Bar setzen was natürlich toll ist. Wir hatten am zweiten Tag Probleme mit unseren Zimmerkarten, das wurde jedoch schnell behoben. Sehr nette Rezeptionisten, insbesondere Eugenio der sehr auf das Wohl aller bedacht ist. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, welches innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist gut und eignet sich perfekt, um Mallorca zu erkunden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, und die Zimmer waren zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung – es gab genug Auswahl. Ein solides Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaub. Kein Luxus, aber alles da, was man braucht.
