spektakulÀre Aussicht - liebevoller Gastgeber

Mit der genauen Beschreibung der Anfahrt durch den Gastgeber konnte nichts schief gehen. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung und EinfĂŒhrung in das Haus und seine Besonderheiten war liebevoll und ausfĂŒhrlich. Viele Zusatzinformationen sind vorbildlich zusammengefasst und werden ebenso ĂŒbergeben. Das Haus ist viel grĂ¶ĂŸer als man von den Bildern her annimmt. Es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Andere GĂ€ste erwĂ€hnen, dass es viel Getier im und um das Haus gĂ€be, das kann ich nicht bestĂ€tigen. Der Ausblick aus den Panoramafenstern ist genial - nicht entgehen lassen!

Idyllische Unterkunft

Das Haus ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft auf Madeira. Victor ist ein hervorragender und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Selten haben wir es erlebt, das und soviel Zeit gewidmet wurde. Tipps zu Restaurants, Umgebung, AusflĂŒge etc. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was ein schöner Urlaub braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Auch die Aussenanlage ist gut gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Erholen. Der abendliche Blick auf Funchal ist phantastisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes HÀuschen in traumhafter Lage

Meine Freundin und ich waren fĂŒr eine knappe Woche zu Gast im Palheiro do CovĂŁo und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Lage des HĂ€uschens ist super. Man erreicht es ĂŒber einen kurzen Fußweg, es liegt inmitten der Weinberge. Die Aussicht aus dem Wintergarten ist phĂ€nomenal, man sieht das Meer und die AuslĂ€ufer von Funchal. Der Gastgeber, Victor, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns viele wertvolle Infos gegeben, seien es Wanderungen, Restaurants oder zur Vegetation Madeiras. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die Besuche von Abu, ein KĂ€tzchen, dass der Gastgeberfamilie einmal zugelaufen ist und nun gerne von den Besuchern des Hauses durchgekuschelt und (vor allem 😄) gefĂŒttert wird. Im Hochsommer kann es allerdings auch in den Bergen von Estreito de Camara de Lobos recht warm werden, ebenfalls im Haus. LĂŒften funktioniert gut, allerdings kommen in den Abendstunden, wenn innen das Licht brennt, dann auch immer mal ungebetene Besucher ins Haus - daran mussten wir uns erst einmal gewöhnen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nĂ€chsten Besuch auf Madeira, den wir definitiv wieder im Palheiro do CovĂŁo verbringen werden. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Victor!

Urlaub auf Maideira

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub auf Maideira verbracht. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet, mit allem was man brauchte. Nur fĂŒr die Anfahrt zum Haus braucht man ein PS starkes Auto mit ordentlicher Handbremse und Liebe zum Berganfahren.

Tolle Location

Dieses eigentlich schöne Haus in den Weinbergen mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, der Weg dahin etwas beschwerlich fĂŒr Flachlandtiroler. Man muss super Autofahren können, denn die steile Straße will erklommen sein und parken ist nicht einfach. Auch alle umliegenden Strassen sind steil und schmal. Das Haus ist nicht vollstĂ€ndig beheizbar, das sollte man fĂŒr die Wintermonate wissen. Der Empfang des Gastgebers Victor war sehr herzlich, er hat uns wertvolle Tipps fĂŒr den Aufenthalt gegeben.

Honestly: It couldn't be better. It's the house of the hosts family, and they take very much care of all details. Great panoramic view, quiet, cosy – all for you and no direct neighbours (except some geckos and Abu the cat). 20mins from Funchal centre, driving skills advantageous.

Ruhiges Cottage mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben Ende September in diesem wunderschönen, romantischen Cottage, ruhig gelegen auf 550m inmitten der Weinberge, unseren Urlaub verbracht. Victor, der Besitzer hat uns persönlich empfangen u stand uns wĂ€hrend des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit Rat u Tat zur VerfĂŒgung. Vielen Dank Victor! Zwar ist der Anfahrtsweg sehr steil, aber dafĂŒr ist der Ausblick von der Terasse und vom Wintergarten einfach nur toll.... Idealer Ort als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr geplante Wanderungen auf der ganzen Insel. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen!
