This 54-year-old house was just full renovated in 2024 top quality materials with over 850 sft of living space ,Owned by a former professional family that in 2022 sold to the present owner. For 2 years the house was under completely renovation we kept the original style ,with high old and fine wood from Africa time quality and while keeping its unique character.

A few minutes from the house there is hike that take you from camara de lobos to funchal hike distance may be around 6 km depending where and how long you are going to hike, in way offering many beautiful views of open ocean with great stops for a coffee break and you can enjoy a morning jog along the shoreline relaxed , go for a swim in the ocean, and come back for breakfast at the village center restaurants watching traditional fisher boats leaving the harbor for another work day.
