The property combines Mallorcan rustic charm with all modern comforts, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. Outside, you will find a private saltwater pool measuring 2.65m x 1.30m with a constant depth of 1.70m, perfect for cooling off on warm days. There is also a table for enjoying outdoor dinners, three comfortable sun loungers for relaxing under the sun, and a bathroom with a shower.

The interior is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room equipped with a television and DVD player. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, has all the necessary utensils for you to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a toilet on this floor, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The upper floor is accessed via the stairs and has four bedrooms: three of them have double beds and one has a single bed, all with air conditioning. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also a second full bathroom with a shower on the same floor. From here, you can access a small terrace with mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a moment of calm. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The location is ideal for those wishing to discover the most authentic side of Mallorca. Campanet offers a peaceful atmosphere, with supermarkets, bars, and local restaurants just a short walk away. Nearby, you can visit natural attractions such as the Campanet Caves or Ses Fonts Ufanes, and if you want to enjoy the sea, Playa de Muro is just 18 km away. The property is also well-situated to visit Alcúdia, Pollença, and the stunning Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
