Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely rooms, so quiet you can't hear outside or be bothered by internal noise. Beautiful views of Mt Ainslie, Mt Majura, Parliament house and the Airport which I looove looking at planes take off. (Aviation enthusiast here😉) Clean rooms, very friendly/professional staff, amazing cocktails and great ambience in the dining area with a very cosy fireplace🔥 I'll add Adam here, he has amazing service at front desk. Kudos to the cocktail lady Saturday night with her trainee and kudos to the chef for all the delicious meals, the cleaning stuff who stocked up my towels and made my bed and to the rest of the staff for your professionallism kindness and friendliness. Much appreciated. Lovely meeting you all. You made my stay bery relaxing. I'll be definitely coming back😊

Incredibly long waits for every aspect of service. From check-in, parking, room service, dining and occasional services. Staff say they understand when you provide feedback, but never offer an apology for their wrongdoing or shortcomings. Their only comeback is that you are not my boss.

Requests ignored

It was strange. A few days out, I received an email saying that my room would only be serviced on day 4 (of my 5 day stay). At check-in I asked that the mini-bar be checked every day. The result was that the towels were changed every day (except day 4) in spite of signalling that they should not be changed and the mini-bar was not checked at all.
