The elevator delays is no joke. There’s only 3 elevators to service way too many guests. Exoect to wait 10-15mins just to get downstairs or to go to your room during peak hours of check in and check out. The room wasn’t very well lit as well. Needs more lights to brighten up the space. Other than that, perfect location and close proximity to many NYC attractions with very clean rooms and friendly staff.

Wonderful staff and a clean room. Great access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. I was disappointed there wasn’t valet parking as advertised on Expedia but there was easily accessible and affordable parking across the street.
