I booked 2 queen beds times 2 rooms. I called to request adjoining rooms a month ago. The front desk said everything was all set. when we checked in, I was informed that they did not have two adjoining rooms. The only thing I could get adjoining was two queens and two double beds. Which I said was fine but they needed to adjust the price because double bedrooms were cheaper than queen beds. They said they had no way to do that. I asked them why they told me a month ago that everything was all set after being on the phone with them for 45 minutes and they said they had a lot of trainees at that hotel . I don't think I would stay there again.

The hotel only had one elevator working, it took as long as 30 minutes before you can get in. Would have took the stairs but we were on the 23 floor! Room was steaming couldn’t control the temperature you’re had to call staff to even move the temp down. Wouldn’t stay here again, to many complications.
