I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and property. Food was absolutely fantastic. The staff and service was excellent. Mexico is my favorite as far as being spoiled by staff, and this resort did not disappoint. We were here for a wedding and it was magical. The venue accommodated 85 guests and managed all the activities perfectly. A wedding to remember ❤️ I will be coming back “home” soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s secluded so you can bag check your stuff with them while you wait to check in. Enjoy the pools while you wait! There were three instances of someone pooping in the pools. The resort can’t help that but what was going on? Tons f fun events during the day which we loved. The Japanese restaurant was closed and it was hard to get clear info on where the menu was available. The coffee is insanely good, the half and half is also almost New Zealand-level and their omelettes are worth skipping all other bfast offerings.

This resort is beautiful and the staff is always smiling and happy to help. They had continuous activities throughout the day and night which was great for my tween kids! The only negative thing I can say about this resort is the food. The buffet was small with not many options and little variety. We stayed 5 days and you could count on what would be there for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Little to no white meat offered, primarily fish and pork.

I upgraded to preferred club level but it was a complete waste of money. This resort is not interested in going the extra mile for anything. I never even received my welcome bottle of alcohol, even after reminding them twice. I was never told any of the club level amenities I was entitled to, we were never sat in the preferred section for our meals….the list could go on and on. Our stay at Dreams Saphire last year puts this resort to shame. We will not return to this resort again!! They also accused me of stealing a bottle of wine on my last day there. I had to ask them if they had surveillance before they would even consider that they were wrong. They finally admitted they were wrong and took the charge off of my bill. Disgusting way of being treated.

We thought the property was really beautiful. The staff were extremely nice and super friendly. The buffet was always a hit with our group. We also ate at Oceans by the pools, Seaside Grill and Bordeaux- a French cuisine.

Estaba super sucio el cuarto las almohadas aun tenia olor a perfume de hombre habia sangre en una cortina la bañera tenia pelos. La comida estaba terrible ordene servicio al cuarto y entraron sin tocar la piscina que se supone que es de adultos estaba lleno de niños esta propiedad hace 5 años era increíble pero definitivamente no regresó

The property was okay! The staff was amazing! The food was subpar. The hours for breakfast and dinner were strange, maybe should be more flexible. The entertainment staff were amazing. uziel, Antonio were both very very helpful and super personalities. Jonathan and Lenrry were great and accommodating at our cabana. Always there for our needs and went the extra mile for our family.

My daughter and I spent 6 days at this resort and had a great time. From check in to check out, it was seamless and convenient. Customer service is great. We loved the pool area. The only complaint that we have is the food, unfortunately. It's probably about a 4.5 out of 10. That would be the only con but its a big deal when you are staying for 6 days and paid for all-inclusive. Unfortunately, I probably would not return because of the food. :(

Pros- Service, service, service! Every body is always pleasant. The pools are all very nice. You don't have to walk so far like some other resorts we've stayed at. Drinks selection was solid. Entertainment was very good each night. Cons- Food. This was my biggest disappointment of this resort. Buffet was ok and room service was pretty good. The hard sell when you check in to do a "free bfast presentation" at their sister property was a bit annoying as well. The guy wasted about 20 minutes of our time trying to convince us to go.
