First and second day AC not working, into the room temperature was 89.0 degrees, (a total nightmare) swimming pool wasn’t clean, beach area wasn’t clean and nothing was like in the advertising.

El proceso del check in demoró más de hora y media . Además, no tenían disponibilidad de la habitación de 02 camas ( como solicité ) y nos dieron con 01 cama. Recién al día siguiente, nos hicieron el cambio. Realmente, deja mucho que desear el check in en este hotel, más aún cuando uno llega más de las 11 pm. Solamente atienden 01 o de a ratos 02 personas.

The room was dirty zero service day cleaning room every two days on the walls is cause a lot of mold the shower pipe was leaking during the state. I told a few times nobody came to fix it. The stores in the room was dirty.

The ocean front rooms has mold in them which they cover the mold up with paint. I’m understanding that moisture produces mold but to not treat the rooms effectively makes a big difference. They have big cockroaches and the shower and tub does not work as expected. Mold was on the shower rug after they deep cleaned. The room odor is terrible. I was unsatisfied with my stay and they don’t want to compensate for their poor services. I would never stay at this resort again.

Eating options are not the greatest , make sure you double check what you are being told because sometimes it’s hard to interpret what you are being told . I was told I needed a receipt to dine after my check out . I dined and left my receipt on the table and then I was held hostage by the resort because without the receipt I was so called not checked out and couldn’t leave property and was threatened that a gate would be closed on me for a piece of paper
