Absolutely amazing experience for 11 days! Stayed in an ocean front, huge room and the view was breathtaking. Steps away from the beach and pool. Service and food was so good! We will definitely stay at this resort again.

We took 15 employees for a team building trip. We had the best time. The rooms were amazing and the staff (especially Kevin at the beach beds) was amazing. This is our second time to the resort and we will definitely be back. Nightly entertainment was a blast as well.

There are not enough seating chairs on the beach or around the pool. There are no hot tubs or whirlpools on the property. The jacuzzi rooms have no hot water in them. The property is old and was remodeled at some point, but it had a very poor workmanship. The staff is very nice, and they have done the best with what they have.

Very poor organization. Made us change rooms half way through our stay due to “plumbing issues” offered no upgrades. As a pyramid premium member, you have almost nowhere to eat considering all restaurants are over booked from the first day till the last. Overall I am not very pleased with my stay. Will not be coming back.
