My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena was absolutely amazing! It truly is the best hotel in the area. From the moment I arrived, the service was spectacular, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless visit. The amenities are outstanding, especially the pools offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean sea. The gym was well equipped and clean. My room was great, spotless, and modern, featuring amazing views that made every morning special. Furthermore, the dining was a highlight; the food was amazing with impressive quality and plenty of options to satisfy every palate. This hotel truly delivers on every front, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and unforgettable Cartagena experience. it's also well located near the walled city!

This hotel was unbelievable. Genisis made our stay feel special especially for my girlfriend’s Birthday. This hotel is beautiful from the design to the ocean side view from all 3 pools and the room.
