This room was amazingly beautiful. The only draw back was a very musty smell in the room - especially in the closet area. Seemed like there was water in there that began to smell bad. Other than that it was very nice.

We stayed from 10/17/2025 thru 10/27/2025 room # 2012 Alejandro and Fabiola Gonzalez amazing customer service. Todo el servicio espectacular un customer nunca antes visto desde nuestra llegada . El desañuno muy variado y el servicio de todos empesando por la supervisora y todo su equipo fue increiblemente bueno al igual que en el Restaurante y la picina todos muy amables te hasen sentir parte de ellos como si fueran familia. La habitation tenia una vista al mar Bella al igual de Boca Grande e incluso se podia ver un poquito la Ciudad Amurallada. Estamos planiando regrasar en febrero espero se acuerden de nosotros. Gracias y bendiciones.
