The roomS (yes plural) WERE neglected. The first room had two unmade beds and trash left behind. We didn’t even look in the bathroom. The beds were made in the second room but the previous guests trash was still in the trash cans. My daughter and I both had trouble sleeping because we felt like it was dirty. This was the last room in the hotel. She said we should have just slept in the car. We had been driving for 9 hours and it was 2am so we just dealt with it. It was possibly under construction but not well kept as they worked on - dirt old carpet that needed vacuumed. I’ve never felt like I needed to tie my clothes in a garment bag to protect my other belongings from the clothes we wore in the room. We both felt so dirty.

Clean room, a very good breakfast and extremely nice and friendly staff. Hotel sits up on a hill and was beautifully decorated inside the lobby for Christmas. Will definitely make this our halfway stop when we travel from Florida to Ohio.

Stained carpet. Dirty furniture. Debris in all corners. No mention of breakfast or anything else at check in. When I asked for a bell cart, she said, “we only have one and I don’t know where it is.” No orange juice at breakfast. Elevator button broken. Hotel needs cleaning and upkeep.
