The staff were wonderful. After being stranded due to a diverted flight, they took good care of a plane full of people. They even had a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste since the airline wouldn’t release carryon bags. Breakfast was delicious and the shuttle service was super helpful!

Door did not lock properly. You must slam the door multiple times in order for it to lock. Shower curtain had mold on the bottom. Dirt ring around the tub. My room was the only one that i saw with a label on how to turn the handle to enter the room. But once you enter or exit it take multiple slams to actually activate the locking mechanism. Im a truck driver and if it wasn't for my drive time being over for the day I would not have settled for this. Never again will I patronize this facility. Just sad.

Could have been worse

The place is nice on the surface but it’s older and needs some tlc in the rooms our smoke detector was covered in plastic and the window was not locked leading me to believe the last person in the room smoked and makes me wonder how well are they cleaning the rooms as the window was dirty from the last person opening it . The breakfast was basic coffee was out . There was a strong smell of burnt rubber unsure if it was from the elevator or something else .

Easy to find.

1st room had an issue with the air conditioner wasn't working. No problem on swithching rooms. This was a 2 night stay. I got back to my room late for the evening after family event. My do not disturb sign to room was gone and room temperature was turned up and room was serviced. I thought do not disturb ment no service to room.

My one night stay was excellent. I have no complaints. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly. Got a ride to the airport anytime I wanted, so convenient. Breakfast was the usual fair. The breakfast area was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Let me preface this review with the fact that we only stayed in our room for 10 minutes. The room was absolutely filthy. There were blood stains on both box springs, blood stains on the carpet, bugs, mold everywhere in the bathroom, and generally the hotel was in complete disrepair. I would encourage anyone thinking of staying here, maybe choose the nearest highway overpass as it may be cleaner and more inviting.

Comfortable @ Comfort Inn

A very convenient location near airport. Plenty of parking. Generally clean though the hallways and stairways carpets were in need of a vacuum and cleaning. Breakfast area was very clean and tidy as was the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again when in the area.

The rooms were very outdated and worn. The hallway carpet had bleach stains all over it. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the room had a musty smell. The free breakfast was good with the typical options. Not the best place, but we just needed a clean bed for the stay, so it was fine.
