well kept, quiet, good spot for a quick visit to town. the location and proximity to nearby restaraunts, stores, etc. is good for those who want to go out and do things while still being able to quickly get back to your room once youre tired. ill definitely look into staying here again next time i come to Cedar Rapids.

We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub and the room was very nice and clean. The TV had options for streaming apps and YouTube as well as direct TV so that was nice. Only downside was that the mini fridge was either broken or not plugged in. Staff was courteous and check-in and out was easy

The bathroom was not clean. The carpet in sleep area had sticky spots. There were people, about 6-8 smoking right outside main and smell was strong inside lobby area. The smoke detector/fire alarm did not have a battery in it and was opened up so it was obviously visible that it was missing.
