This is a beach front project with 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms apartments (75 sqm) located on top floor 17th floor of new building, with panorama sea view (Amazing view like Paradise with strong winds, open apartment door and balcony during the day, as it is very safe building). Apartment is fully furnished with all amenities you needed it including drinking water filter, so you don't have to buy drinking water. There are 1 queen bed in Master bedroom ensuite and 1 king bed in the second bedroom ensuite/sharing bathroom with 2 doors for second bathroom to allow living room to use the bathroom together with second bedroom. There are 55 Inches Smart Curved TV and Sound Bar for stereo sound to watch Netflix/You tube for free. There are nice fabric sofas and leather sofas, portable fan, dining table, kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and utensils. There are 2 restaurants at the beachfront, recommended for all travelers. The most important is the fiber optic WIFI privately installed for your private use with speed of 300/300Mbps.

The building provides free shuttle golf cart to drop and pick up at the beach with an infinity swimming pool, just tell the guard that please call golf cart to or from the beach to the building.
